I have had to call and make a formal complaint as this has happened with medication that could cause serious injury or death. Luckily I caught the mistakes right away. The female pharmacist that I have worked with is always frazzled which probably explains all the mistakes. I love Walgreens and have been using them for my prescriptions for years.
