It is just a matter of convince that I visit this CVS more often. I do like the CVS Rewards , and how with almost every visit I receive a discount on my purchase. I find myself going here rather than 7/11 when running out of milk or eggs, and not paying an inflated price like at 7/11. What I do find lacking is the selection of greeting cards, however I find the general state of greeting cards to be disappointing. I guess it's one of my pet peeves. (The one good thing about having a pet peeve is you don't have to clean up after it!) One area in which this location excels, is with how quickly they fill prescriptions. This location having a drive thru is a definite plus! The store is clean and well stocked too. The only reason I'm not giving this location 5 Stars is because they are frequently short handed when checking out. If they were to fix this one area, I would gladly update this to a five star review.

She likes to quote "by law" during every interaction, speaking down to customers as if she holds some sort of power. I've never had such horrible service with a pharmacy before, nor have I ever taken the time to write a review for a pharmacy before. They don't even bother to let you know when they don't have a medication you are waiting to pick up in stock, nor will they proactively help in getting it filled elsewhere. Seems that serious medications that people need to literally survive hold no importance and we are simply at their mercy. Thankfully Osco has stepped up to help out, and s/o to CVS for always being pleasant and prepared - sucks that BCBS can dictate where you can go. Fair warning: use Meijer at your own risk, the drive up option isn't worth the poor customer service!

Gates were closed, yet some lady was behind the counter. I gave the benefit of the doubt when i politely asked if and what time they would reopen, or if they were closed. the red signs on the wall in front of where i was standing (from the angle I was at) shows open from 8am-8pm most days. It was 12:40. I did NOT see the monitor to the left that shows they are closed from 12:30-1pm. honest mistake on my part, but to completely ignore someone genuinely asking a question... looking in my direction at me, and NOT respond at all, is beyond rude. some folks would slap this little girl for that, but Im not on that type of time. My point is, What if i someone was illiterate, and could not read? What if someone genuinely does not see a monitor that's positioned off from the direction of the pharmacy gate, such as myself? So i went to the front and politely asked the clerk if the pharmacist was deaf (to give zara some grace) The clerk at the front responds, "no", as i follow up with why I asked that to begin with. To my surprise, as I walk back towards the pharmacy to ask again, she's mouthing off about me asking if she was deaf to some counter part she's on the phone with... how are you so confident to be yapping like that behind a closed gate, like you wont open back up in 15 minutes? You dont know what kind of mood people may be in, or what they are willing to do because of your lack of acknowledgement and respect. I stepped out of my character...being self effacing, I did call her out her name for not being able to easily respond or even point in the direction of the sign (which again, i did not see until going back to the gate after asking the register lady if this zara chick is deaf. I can admit where Im wrong. I can own where I messed up, but this is the person thats in charge of dispensing medication to people?! ‍ who raised you?! yapping behind a closed gate like you're in high school. Parents definitely should've Beat you more as a child because your Bedside manner is beyond horrible. you should not be working with people and definitely should not be in charge of dispensing medications at that station on your own. Deprived is an understatement. this woman looks soulless!! And karma is a mf! it doesnt miss. It will spin the block for you weirdo. Other than that, shout out this CVS (except for this weirdo). They do a great job. It's just this heffer in back that is harming CVS's brand image.

Not having medication to fill prescriptions, giving false information, etc. final straw was pharmacist inaccurately giving information about a delivery (that was supposed to be 3 days earlier) and he calling my wife a lier. He interrupted me as I tried to explain that his driver was never on our ring camera. He yelled, called me a lier, swore at me, telling me that he is a Dr and makes 200k per year and will probably make a million this year. He then stated that I can pick up my prescriptions in Iowa! We support local businesses but will tolerate being miss lead and verbal abuse.

Talked to one guy, in a tie and he seemed as if he didn't care of anything I was saying. My husband complained of the same problem with flies all over the doughnuts months ago. As much money as jewel brings in. Being the only store close by for many and they can't get a fly problem resolved. Results showed that fruit flies are capable of transferring E. coli, Salmonella and Listeria to surfaces and relocating E. coli from a contaminated source to fresh, ready-to-eat food. And we wonder why we got sick, it could have been that doughnut......

You have to call or stop by to pick up your prescription before they will make any effort to do their job. Once, shame on them. Twice, shame on me.
