I have had to call and make a formal complaint as this has happened with medication that could cause serious injury or death. Luckily I caught the mistakes right away. The female pharmacist that I have worked with is always frazzled which probably explains all the mistakes. I love Walgreens and have been using them for my prescriptions for years. Within an hour of that response I received a phone call from the manager Elena! I called her back and the first thing she did was explain that she apologized if I wasn't the correct person and her reason for the call and message. After establishing that I'm the person that made the review...she immediately apologized for my experience and thoroughly listened to the details. This level of customer service is almost unheard of!!! Not only was there an apology and a plan to ensure the issue doesn't happen again she accommodated us for the inconvenience and the poor experience. I'm a real person that is very aware and conscious of where I spend my money and time and I will continue to shop with Sam's Club and support them! It is just a matter of convince that I visit this CVS more often. I do like the CVS Rewards , and how with almost every visit I receive a discount on my purchase. I find myself going here rather than 7/11 when running out of milk or eggs, and not paying an inflated price like at 7/11. What I do find lacking is the selection of greeting cards, however I find the general state of greeting cards to be disappointing. I guess it's one of my pet peeves. (The one good thing about having a pet peeve is you don't have to clean up after it!) One area in which this location excels, is with how quickly they fill prescriptions. This location having a drive thru is a definite plus! The store is clean and well stocked too. The only reason I'm not giving this location 5 Stars is because they are frequently short handed when checking out. If they were to fix this one area, I would gladly update this to a five star review.
