The pricing increases through the lack of coupons and offers as well as putting limits on items that have nice deals is not appreciated. For example, if I can only purchase 1 hand soap yet you have a $5 off coupon to purchase 2? In addition you still have offers on TP, hand soaps, etc that you are unable to get the collective CVS bucks. Really appreciate the membership program as well as all the coupons.... keep it up so I don't have to go to a new drug store in the future. This is a time to continue to shine and win business!

Is it not the pharmacist's job to reach out the doctor to share this information and have a new prescription filled? This relative has early stage Alzheimer's so she took the prescription from the store but will not use it out of fear. I live out of town and tried to call the pharmacy, but was put in a circular voice mail. Do your job and help your customers. It is complete negligence by this pharmacy to operate in this manner. This Walgreens has really good sales are rarely a long line. I go in to get what I want a walk out in 5 min max. They have an excellent amount of quality food choices just like a traditional grocery store has, but they also have a pharmacy, movie rentals, wine, beer office supplies, outdoor tools and equipment, some sporting goods items, car accessories, cleaning supplies, and many other assorted items. Many people use Drug Mart as a convienent store since there are not many in lewis center, but a large amount of people also use it as their main grocery store and as their pharmacy. How to review a store when some negatives are out of the store's control…read more I live on the East Side and wanted a cheap beauty tool that only this store and Sawmill MIGHT have. I say "might" because far too many times, in far too many cities, something I wanted was "in stock," but never was. Generally, I find the CVS website to be inaccurate, but that's not the store's fault. The second negative is the very busy location, particularly if you need to cross a few lanes to get into the correct lane for 270. On a positive note, they did have what I wanted, but it was locked. No one was at the register, so I had to search for an employee. I wish they had a buzzer. The employee was helpful and friendly. Self checkout mostly worked, except a digital coupon required me to insert the coupon into the slot. Now, how can I do that? Once again, the friendly employee to the rescue. Overall, I am positive towards this store. But the big wigs at Corporate really ought to shop their stores. When I can't see if their store has what I want at a price I want, it drives me to shop at Costco or Amazon. Plus, 20% off a single regular price item? Give me a break. Oftentimes, what I want is priced at least 50% higher. But again, what I don't like isn't under the store's control except having easily located employees.

It is fairly easy to get to this location as there are a couple of different ways to approach it from the primary road. Depending on season and time of day, this can be extremely easy, or extremely hard. Interior: the store is well organized and very clean. The aisles are wide and we've found it easy to get through them with or without a cart. It's easy to find what you seek because the departments are very clear. There are two entrances, so getting in and out is easy. There are loads of check out lanes and we've never had a problem moving through them quickly. They seem to be well staffed at all times. There's even a small cafe, but we've never stopped at it to see what they offer. Staff: the regular pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! We are greeted warmly upon arrival and they remember small details from prior discussions, which makes us feel as if they care about us as people. They take their time to ensure we understand our prescriptions and help us when we seek something. The other store associates have always been polite and helpful. Inventory: there's a broad range of products at this Target and we've usually found items we've sought here. Some departments are bare bones (like camping), whereas others have really good selections (like clothing). Overall, this is a really nice store with good associates. We sometimes just stop in to wander around as it's a comfortable environment for that activity.

The lady in front of me was complaining to the pharmacist about how many calls she'd made to check on a prescription that was to be filled three days prior without getting any resolution. In the end she left without her prescription - she left a card on file and the pharmacy said it would be delivered by DoorDash in 2 hours. I prefilled all my paperwork prior to my appointment which made the check-in process fast. It took about 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. The pharmacist was still pleasant, gave me individual attention and was relatively painless. Other people in line behind me were a mixture of vaccine appointments and prescription refills. The pharmacy staff were working hard to get through the line plus answer phone calls.

That was a year ago and every time since then, they keep filling it for 5, I complain and they provide the extra 85 and promise the problem is fixed. EXCEPT- the next 3 times it hasn't been fixed. I just got back from visiting my son in Denver and guess what? That issue was still not fixed BUT, in addition to that problem, they SHORT FILLED 3 additional prescriptions. For two, the store didn't have enough pills, for the 3rd, their off-site fulfillment center didn't have enough stock. AND, they don't tell you the prescriptions have been short filled and leave you to discover that when you get home. As of this week, I've moved all my part-D prescriptions to another pharmacy.

We came here for a canine prescription. I wonder if they do human prescriptions also. We had to prepay for our first order the veterinarian called in. I checked online and prices here were very reasonable. They have an app for orders and refills. Also plenty of social media. Looking ahead is the standard pharmacy counter, and to your right is a gender neutral bathroom. Fast service. Grab n go. Snag a treat for you and your pet on your way out. So the dog is going to need this med for the rest of her life, so I anticipate more visits. Hey I just revisited. My vet called in the refill. My card was still on file, so grab n go just went faster. Now I have the app to refill on my own. I'm getting so close to just driving by and having them throw it in the passenger window. LOL
