The kid working the counter told me they changed hours a month ago because of staffing. Would have been nice if they updated the hours online. Head back to the pharmacy 25 minutes away from my house only to find out they were not yet open because the pharmacist was coming from 1.5 hours away. I wait 45 minutes in store for my prescription. They call my name and start to ring me up. Then they realize that I had two prescriptions sent in. Have to wait longer. These are both new prescriptions to me and all they say to me is "Do you have any questions?" I get home and realize that I'm shorted 2.5 days of one antibiotic. I call and ask if they can just mail me the 5 pills I'm short. He says there's no way he can do that, I have to bring the pills back in and they can give me what they shorted me. I will not be returning to this store for even non-pharmacy needs.

After getting the info confirmed from the primary insured parent, he still would not accept. My grandchild called the insurance company and he refused to talk to them on their phone and insisted something changed with the insurance since the last refill.
