After the exam Nestor and his team did a fantastic job getting me into the frames and lenses that I wanted / needed. The facility is clean and state of the art and everyone I had interaction with was friendly and so very customer service driven. I recommend AccuVision to kid's, seniors (I watched them take care of an older gentleman and they were so kind and sweet to him as he struggled through some of the process) and anyone else. When we found I had an absess in my eye, she directed me on the best path to take care of it and I made a full recovery! The other associates Crystal, Katrina, and Natalija were all very pleasant and welcoming during each one of my visits! Crystal was very helpful in helping me to select the best pair of glasses that were right for me, since I haven't gone glasses shopping since High-school. The location itself is very nice and they have a very wide array of frames to choose from. My boyfriend even got a pair here with Crystal and Natalija's assistance! We recently brought our son for his school exam and the doctor was great about explaining what was happening and going slowly through the process. He ended up needing glasses and there was a great selection of kids frames available for him to try on and select from. My one negative is that there is one woman in the eyewear room that almost seems bothered to be there and to be helping. But if you can avoid her, you'll likely have a great experience.

I showed up early for my appointment time and was taken back almost immediately to take pictures of my eyes and all of the other quick procedures I don't know the names of. The new doctor they have on staff is so sweet and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and laughed with me when I thought I nailed the vision test (I did not nail the test, lol). Not once did I feel rushed or like I was wasting time. I'm so sad to be moving in the next year because I will greatly miss this place! I've read some of the other reviews, and they don't match my experience at all. It may be because of my age, but I know what it's like to work in the service industry; having someone stomp around your office demanding free services or waiving fees always ends with a threat of a nasty review on yelp, lol.
