However, not today. I gave my card to the attendant to stamp my card like all the other times I was there, and she refused to stamp my card. Not sure why, however, she did not stamp it for my visit credit. Just wanted the management to know what should I do about this on my next visit.

Much appreciated! My services by Tina were EXCELLENT!!! The massage was very deep, which some may not like but after jumping into a new intense workout routine this week leaving every muscle in my body insanely sore, I appreciated and think I needed the strength. She will gladly adjust accordingly. Tina paid great attention to detail and even capped it off with hot rocks and warm towel rub down. The facial was equally as amazing. My skin was plump and glowing! I peeped at her products and they were all reputable brands and natural! Loved the chia seed spray! Not your average "spa" being located in a strip mall, but the services are what matter and they were fantastic! It's all the same when your eyes are shut in the room on the table. I will gladly pay these prices and nix the flute of champs and infused water from time to time. The girls were super sweet and they were so attentive with everything! Cannot wait to return! 5 Star service -1 for ambiance = 4 Star.

I can make a last minute appt and they always start on time and each person does a good deep tissue massage. The prices are excellent and I like being able to run in and out and not go through the hoopla at a spa if being early, being shown a locker and get a robe. I just need my muscles fixed!

Highly recommend the ashiatsu and Tammi, and will definitely come back & recommend to friends/family!

Heavens Day Spa is in a small shopping strip and apparently there is a parking lot behind. I parked on the street. The salon is pretty small and definitely not elegant. But I never judge that at first, because many small places provide great service for a fraction of the price compared to big, elegant salons. The room I was in, did not have a door, but a curtain. A woman escorted me into the room and told me to undress. I assumed she was the masseuse. I was wrong. Shortly after, a man walked in, no introduction, and started the massage. He seemed somewhat distracted, leaving the room multiple times. Also, the other woman entered the room multiple times to speak to the man. The music stopped and was not out back on for about half an hour. I had a hard time relaxing, based on the lack of music, street noise, man leaving the room, woman entering the room, and other guests coming in loudly. I am not sure if I will try them again, but if so, I will go during a weekday, when maybe it's quieter and staff is more attentive. The massage itself was decent, but relaxation is supposed to be part of the experience.

I walked in another time and was greeted immediately. Got a nice massage. People swapped midway through which was no issue because the quality of it was still good, but I was the only person there, so I guess there was a pressing matter for the initial person to take care of. I attempted to go today. Both people were busy, so I signed the sheet like last time. I waited, patiently, in the seating area right outside. They didn't call when they were open, and a then walk-in was accepted immediately. No call for me. I guess I'll have to go elsewhere which is no issue. This place was just convenient. It's right next to the mall's play area, and you can hear that excitement a little during the massage, which was reasonable especially since the prices here are so low, but I'll take it as a sign and go elsewhere. Two stars for the one good experience I had!
