Loved the different techniques he used and the amount of personal time he spent with me. I've had acupuncture done before, but have never had reflexology done as well. I left my first visit with my foot able to move more than it has, and purchased a package for additional visits. Reasonably priced and very accommodating with appointments. Would definitely recommend, not just for acupuncture, but also reflexology.

When i told her we have a groupon, she said there is $2 dollar processing fee per groupon, which was new and wasn't mentioned. We had to pay. And They took us to second floor where the rooms are. And gave us time to prepare and lay down. I saw the time they started massage. After upper body massage, two masseuse said something so fast with heavy accents "foot massage down down" and then disappeared. I had no idea what was happening. I called down stair. The front staff picked up the phone but she didn't understand well either. And then this seems like manager came up to check on us. I told her that i have no idea what they were saying, she apologized and instructed us to get dressed and get down to the first floor for foot massage. We did. They didn't stop the timer in the meantime and when we got down there, they took their time to prepare again. So i feel like 10mins passed by like that. And massage itself was good but my masseur was keep checking on the timer like he has nothing more to do after almost finishing. Dressing up in between massage was very interfering relaxation and Manager and employees were keep talking during massage and also timer was real loudly ticking. Massage was finished exactly at 90 min set. I told manager that the timer should have been stopped we didn't get full 90 min massage. The manager told us that she understood and apologized. When i asked if we can get massage just in the bed for 90mins next time, she said the owner instructed employee to finish upper body for 45 mins in bed and foot for 45 mins downstair and she's watching surveillance camera, otherwise employee has to pay fine/fee to owner or something but we could ask owner about our desire, (might charge us more for it or something tho) I didn't understand how they operate. They could be more considerate customer's wants more.

My massage was very good but I will not be back…read more I booked a 2 hour massage over the phone which was a pleasant experience- I was told they have a program that once you have 10 hours of paid massage time you get a 1 hour massage for free. Upon arrival the whole place smelled like food (delicious, but not at all what I am hoping for when I come for a relaxing massage). The room partitions to separate each massage space do not go to the ceiling and only have curtains for doors, so I could hear other customers coming and going the whole time. This was especially disruptive when the person next to me decided to take a phone call during their massage. When my massage was finished the woman at the front desk was very pleasant but informed me that there is a special $7 fee to pay with debit (annoying but not unheard of) but then what made me decide not to come back was that the owner's policy is that your first massage does not count toward the 10 hours to earn a complementary massage. So while I expected to leave with only 8 hours until a free massage- I was told the frequent customer card would not start getting stamped until my second visit (per the owner's policy). I was also not impressed with the other amenities or lack there of- the rooms were very sparse with lots of dry wall anchors sticking out making things look unfinished. The round pillow to lay face down on was only covered with a paper towel- this did not feel clean. When I was asked to turn to my back an uncovered pillow was placed under my head- no pillowcase or towel to change out between customers. Despite the good massage and attentiveness of the masseuse I will not be back and would not recommend this business to friends or family when they're are plenty of alternatives.
