He actually hit on me and was very suggestive during the entire experience. After failing to do the job properly and actually breaking the riser, he spent about a half an hour smoking at his truck. During this time I had called a friend over because this guy made me feel so uncomfortable. He finally came to the door and said that it would be over $300 to repair the riser that he broke. My friend told him to hit the road and I paid for the service that he had performed. After he left my friend said that he could tell by the odor that the man was smoking marijuana. I had to call Matthews Septic Service to finish the job and fix my riser. Matthews was totally great so I recommend them and definitely advise people to stay away from Gravel Hill and this Joe Dirt looking guy!
