We called Double Duce Septic really just needing some questions answered. Adam came out the same day AND pumped our septic. He answered our questions fixed what the issue was and did I say all this was the SAME DAY. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are a first-time home owner and are unsure or have questions I would definitely say call Double Duce. read more

I used them for 9…read moremonths to empty the black tank on my 5th wheel RV...only to be told on the 10th visit by the owner, at 5:30PM on a Friday afternoon, after all other businesses were closed for the weekend, and three days after I called to schedule the appointment, that he could no longer clean my tank. He was rude, discourteous, shouted at me saying there was nothing he could do, got angry at me and screamed he had just fired his secretary and didn't need this s#$%, and then hung up on me. He's quite despicable and a disgrace to the Roxboro community who, in my experience, has a great number of reputable, helpful, kind and small-town friendly businesses. I got the impression Kendrick's is way over their head in what they can and cannot handle and may likely be on the way out of business. It would not be a great loss in my opinion.

I 10/10 would never recommend Travas to anyone.

I needed my septic tank pumped out and after reaching out to Adam he was very accommodating and able to work around my schedule to arrange a time that worked best for me at a very affordable rate. He communicated thoroughly about scheduled time and was exceptionally friendly, respectful, professional, and punctual. Adam was very knowledgeable and was able to inform me of various findings, issues, and resolutions to having a healthy septic for many years. My neighbor so happened to witness the wonderful job Adam was doing and decided they wanted theirs pumped too. Adam was flexible and courteous enough to do theirs as well and they were very pleased and amazed at the results. I highly recommend Double Deuce for all your Septic repairs and maintenance. Adam is outstanding. He arrived the next day because he knew we were having serious septic issues. He arrived exactly on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
