As requested, Rufus contacted me to give me an ETA. He listened attentively to my explanation of our clog problem. We had ongoing clog issues with a hard obstruction 15 feet into our line. I had worked on it and partially removed the clog, as had another plumber. Rufus communicated my expected charges ahead of time, and then fixed our problem in short order with a machine driven snake tool.
