I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and…read moreinformative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there! Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans. I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

My recent experience with Rufus and Champion Plumbing was positive in all regards. My initial call…read morewas answered quickly and an appointment was arranged for later that day. As requested, Rufus contacted me to give me an ETA. He listened attentively to my explanation of our clog problem. We had ongoing clog issues with a hard obstruction 15 feet into our line. I had worked on it and partially removed the clog, as had another plumber. Rufus communicated my expected charges ahead of time, and then fixed our problem in short order with a machine driven snake tool. When done he showed me a wad of string that was embedded in the clog, so I am confident that the problem has been fixed. Thank you Rufus and Champion Plumbing!
