They were blaming me for not keeping the dumpster. It never made it to my yard which was no fault of mine. The gentleman who brought it was contracted out of another city and he was the one who told me in route it was the 30 ft one when I ordered a 10. There was no communication between the company and the contracted agency. It was a fiasco and I still felt they were not taking responsibility. They finally reversed the charges, but I will not use them again.

Dumpster was delivered on time. It was picked up on a Friday after the dump site was closed. It…read morerained on load Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. On Monday the load was several tons overweight. I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.
