The whole scheduling part, and communication on when the technician would be coming out, on the day of, was seamless. Things went a little downhill from there. First off, within 10 minutes of the tech arriving, The price jumped to $575, since mine was "very full" and he would need to do some "shoveling"..., even though the details were shared up front, and I was quoted up front $349. They've got you at that point though, don't they? You've already worked it out to be home, and they are there with the truck in the driveway. You could cancel, and go with someone that gave you a higher up front quote, but what's to say you aren't going to be in the same scenario with them? Anyways, the job only took 1.5 hours, so not sure how much extra work it could have actually been. Then, after the job was over, I was sent several pictures of my job. Unfortunately, half the pictures weren't actually of my job, but someone else's septic tank, yard, and street. Finally, when I went out to my driveway after the job was over, I noticed their truck had left several fluid stains in my driveway, that two weeks later, have not washed away. P.S, I texted them to offer a chance to respond to the things I was dissatisfied with, and was told I would be contacted, but have not heard anything in the two weeks since then.
