Don't buy anything from this business. They DO NOT stand behind there products. Purchase a 4 wheeler. Purchased a 4 wheeler from them for a child. It broke down the same day. Although it was under warranty it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to honor the warranty. I had to return the scooter 5-6 time for repairs within 3 months. I gave this place several tries to be fair. The place is a money pit. First time most of the repairs were done and the rest were overlooked. It was Scooterman then. Second time all repairs were overlooked, claimed they changed my headlight but it is not working because my good bulb was stolen and replaced for a bad bulb that they said was new! Oh and that happened to my battery also that I had just purchased from them the first visit. Now that invoice disappeared mysteriously. They said they fixed my oil leak ( to keep my deposit of $75), it is still leaking! I tried to return it but he said it didn't look good enough to work on. NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! I took a four wheeler to this place for repair, first they said it would be done by a particular date in which it was not, they claimed it was more work that needed to be done. Stating the the man that did the work did not do what should have been done so he is no longer with the company. When I went to find out the status the young man by the name of Courtney that claimed to be the owner knew nothing. This guy didn't know what work had been done on the bike but was still producing a ticket for over $200. I asked if he could give me a summary as to what was done and his answer was that the bike had been left over 30 days and by law they could have sold it and we also charge a storage fee. My response to this was if that was your terms and agreement please just show me where this is stated on your paperwork and as a business woman myself I will have to accept the terms. This young man told me that he no longer had any paperwork showing this agreement. He informed me that the item was in lockup and he didn't have the key that day but he would call me on the following day. Upon him calling me he states that his brother the other owner said it would be an extra 100 for storage and then hung up in my face. Once I arrived to the location to speak to the brother he was no better. He first wanted to charge me and tell me that my sons item did not have a seat top then to only come back and say it did but it was broken which neither was true. As a business if this was indeed the case a proper business would have recorded this at the time of drop off and had a signature to show signed off on. I asked about a seat for him to say he would sale me one. At this point I have a 10 yr old witnessing all of this so to end the transaction and get my child's item my my hand was tied I said lets just finalize this over 300 payment. The guy then states that he will get me a seat TODAY that his guy is at the part store I said thanks and I will have someone come pick up my item. When the person arrived to get the 4wheeler he was then told that he had to come back at closing. We returned yet again at closing only to be told that he didn't have a seat and now it would take 45 days to order, so now my again 10 year old has a item that he's been waiting for that he STILL can't ride because of NO seat. I stated to the owner how does a parent allow a child to ride sitting on a battery and as a parent he should understand that. His reply to me was he has a 6 yr old that rides like that. ( I promise I can't make this stuff up.) so now my son has a 4 wheeler with a broken seat and a battery cable that's broken also, I'm out of a couple hundred dollars to add icing on the cake. This man stated that I wont find anyone else better in the business and continued to boast instead of trying to find a healthy solution to the problem. It sad that you try to support one another and their dreams as business owners and this is the treatment and work results you receive. SHOP WITH AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! only reason I rated a 1 star is because yelp makes you rate something in reply to your response, again you all were very unprofessional and despite a rebuttal to try to save the type of shady business you operate I'm sure this won't be the last considering looking at previous review its definitely not the first. You can run a business however lack of moral will always prove to fall short in success. FACTS you continue to state things that you as a so called business man COULD NOT produce. read more

To top it off..the new place had to rebuild my bike..because it was put together wrong...the guy offered me a new bike in exchange for old bike and 200. That really is less than scooterman charged to out together my bike. By the way that was another hidden charge. read more

My dekalb county court case with scooterman usa has been going on since July 14, 2016 i have a judgement of $2000 dollar. And i still have not recieve my money. i actually put my 2008 lan hai scooter in their shop for cosignment. and it did not sell during the consignment period. When i went back to pick my scooter up. it would not crank it was broken. they offer to fix it on my expense. I wasn't going to pay for my scooter. and it was running prior to me putting it on cosignment. at the time i didn't want to pick up my scooter. i felt like the business should of honor my cosignment contract. instead they reverse it on me telling me i was liable for storage fees. if i didn't pick up my scooter. i am still to this day fighting them reference to my case. i recommend customers to look them up in the dekalb county courthouse. and the better business bureau. i have did a garnishment under scooterman usa of course the bank account came back closed. i am definitely trying to get the company in court no one appear. and i will keep filing my case. and i will bring it to the attention of cbs46 new. I bought two 4wheelers from them. One of the frames on one of the 4wheelers was put together wrong. One of the guys tried to blame us for the frame being the way it was. He was so disrespectful about the situation. When they sent the 4wheeler back to the company they let them know the frame was put together wrong and it was not anything we did. I was so upset that one of the owners would be so rude and not try to see what the problem was before pointing the finger. I will never buy from them again or send anyone there to buy anything from them!!!! They do very bad business......... read more
