Back in the days I used to shop at their forest park store, it is right down the street from their warehouse, so anything that is not available in the store (window regulators, ngk spark plugs), can be picked up right at their warehouse center. Now I have been shopping at this location and while coming into the store today, I was greeted by the manager (Dennis), he asked me what I was looking for and put me in the right direction, as I was checking out told me about their free rewards program that I was unaware of. These guys are always about good customer support and generally can answer any question. (1st call) answered, put me on hold for 10-15 min and never returned (2nd call) 5 min later, ignored the phone call (3rd and 4th call) after 5 minutes more, autozone staff immediately hung up the phone without speaking 2x as if to say "F.U. Mr. Loyal Customer". Autozone upper management, One of your unprofessional staff member's inability to efficiently manage your Friday afternoon customers just erased 10 years of good repor and lost both a sale and a customer. I called the new Pep Boys down the road and they answered my first call. If they had the part I need, I would've given then my money. Better believe they'll be my go to auto supply shop in a pinch in the future.
