Back in the days I used to shop at their forest park store, it is right down the street from their warehouse, so anything that is not available in the store (window regulators, ngk spark plugs), can be picked up right at their warehouse center. Now I have been shopping at this location and while coming into the store today, I was greeted by the manager (Dennis), he asked me what I was looking for and put me in the right direction, as I was checking out told me about their free rewards program that I was unaware of. These guys are always about good customer support and generally can answer any question.
