Vespa Marietta - The Classic 350 I also rode. Loved the vintage styling but I'm thankful they let me ride the Meteor.

This is an extension of T.T.'s review: WOW what an amazing…read moreexperience! We purchased a Genuine Buddy 125cc scooter on 9/13/2013 and couldn't be happier. When we first arrived Rick welcomed us with open arms. He walked us down to the Vespa shop where we were then introduced to Floyd. Floyd and Rick took the time to find a scooter in our price range, fit us with all of the appropriate safety gear, and educate us on what the different models had to offer. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy that they both displayed. We then walked back to the Marietta Sports Car dealership to process the payment and all of the paperwork. All of the staff took the time to congratulate us on the purchase and trade war stories about their own personal scooter experiences (thank you Wade!). We received the same treatment as the gentleman buying a 50k sports car besides us. Talk about a company that appreciates and respects their customers! But wait...there's more! Once the sale was complete I jumped on the scooter to take it home. Unfortunately, I didn't make it 5 miles before I picked up a 3" screw along the way. Sitting in a parking lot with a flat tire, in desperation,...we call Marietta Sports Car (at closing time) to see if there is anything they could do to help. Next thing you know Floyd shows up with a plug kit, air compressor, and some hand tools. He tried to repair the flat but unfortunately the screw penetrated through the sidewall of the tire. Floyd loaded the scooter in his truck and told us it would be ready for us the next morning. Sure enough, we showed up and the scooter was repaired as promised. Needless to say the bill was more than fair (thank you again Floyd!). Anyone can sell you a product, it is what they do after the sale that defines them. Marietta Sports Car / Vespa Marietta exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Thank you again Rick, Floyd, Wade, and staff! You have a customer for life.

I just bought a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 from Vespa Marietta. Got an outstanding price, and even a…read moreheads up about a great promotion on genuine accessories that I couldn't pass up. Everyone that works there is relaxed and honest; they offer demo bikes to ride to make an informed decision (this is not standard practice at most dealerships by the way- and I'm not sure how those other dealerships sell something without the ability to at least get a feel for an entirely emotional, non-need based purchase). I was set on a Hunter 350 but found it a little uncomfortable in my wrists. If I bought the bike anywhere else I would've made a bad purchase. I got to try that, a Classic and the Meteor I ended up buying. I highly recommend this dealership.

I contracted with Steven last August to fix the air conditioning in my truck; he gave me a year…read morewarranty on the work (parts and labor); verbally of course so I don't have anything to fall back on in writing (my mistake). After I paid him upfront for the parts (didn't have an issue with that) on August 22, I was told he would have the parts by Tuesday the 9th of September (18 days after supposedly ordering them, but okay)... I texted him on Wednesday the 10th asking when I should expect him. He texted back said he had been sick and asked if Friday the 12th would work. Told him sure. Friday comes and he doesn't show. I text him back and no response. This continues through the ENTIRE following week with no response from him. He finally shows up on the 19th (nearly an entire month after we first agreed he would do the job). I paid him via CashApp for the labor and figured that was the end of the situation. When he left, I was happy, finally had some air conditioning in the truck. My happiness was short-lived, because by Monday it was back to blowing hot air (no freon). So of course, I texted him and finally Wednesday the 24th he said he would try to get to me by the weekend (26-27 September), of course that didn't happen. He texted me again on the 29th saying he would "try and make it today".... Finally on the 30th of September he made it back over to redo his work. Everything since then was fine until last Sunday, May the 17th. The AC started blowing hot air again (obviously the system has sprung another leak). I've attempted to contact him via text every day since then with absolutely no response. Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm texting him instead of calling, he doesn't answer the phone and hasn't even bothered to set up a voicemail. If you have an AC issue, find someone else. I'm fed up with this nonsense. Thinking about small claims court, but at this point I just need some AC.
