Well, Family Car Wash is one of those places I trust. You need to get there and be one of the first few in line; if not, it is always guaranteed that there is a line, and your wait can be 3+ hours. No, really. And, yes, it is totally worth it. Once you get in line, one of the staff members note the make of your car/car details; you loop around and then one of the staff members will take care of your baby. Once your car is all set, you pay in cash (don't forget to tip big!), and you go on your way. Easy peas-y lemon squeeze-y! Also, their car washes are only $15. Yes, you heard me right - ONE - FIVE - buckaroos!!! Larger cars, such as SUVs, minivans, and trucks, can be a bit higher, as they should be. They also offer spray waxing, hand wax, buffing service, shampoo, and even full details. Prices are EXTREMELY competitive and super reasonable. There are some seats outside to wait; there isn't much where you can go around the area, so you have to just sit tight. Bring a book to read or listen to some music. Last Friday I went at 7pm and they were closed and just now today Tuesday I left and drove nearly 20 minutes to get my vehicle washed and arrived there at 5:15 PM and they were totally closed and locked up. I don't believe having a membership process that you do not follow the terms of the agreement of your listed business hours is an honorable way to do business. . It's not a flashy place, but it's consistent, affordable, and the employees always greet you with a smile and a wave back at you when you come through. There were other cars pulling up and there was an issue with the payment system but he was unphased and got the situation straightened out. I appreciate him a bunch for his help! I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to.

The wash included a basic wash, an underbody rinse, wheel cleaning, and an HP Rinse. Overall, the wash was what I would expect from a drive-thru service, and my car left cleaner than when it arrived. The attendant at the start did very little pre-prep; more attention there might have improved the final result. I appreciated the free vacuums and window cleaner provided; however, it would be helpful to have a cleaning solution available for wiping down the inside of the car as well. The car wash was much needed, and I was satisfied with the results for the most part; I most likely will return in the future.

They put lots of suds on (good) but then take out a brush on a pole and scrape it across your car. Then they rinse it and send it around to be "detailed." They let it sit until they are done with the vehicle ahead of you (water spots) and then they dry it with what appear to be old dish rags. (Scraatch) My sunroof had so many spots because they never dried the roof of my car. I spent $40 just to have to go home and re-do my car. I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place.
