Jodi was extremely helpful in a what became a drawn out process due to some issues with our sellers. The anxiety and anticipation that you have during the closing process cannot be understated. My wife and I were unsure whether we needed a real estate agent or not. We considered trying to by a home on our own. By a strike of luck, my wife met Jodi at an open house and we could not be more thankful for this chance meeting. Jodi asked us questions about our family, lifestyle, and our jobs to best understand the type of home that would be suitable for us. Jodi worked hard to ensure the lines of communication between us and the sellers was constant, despite their lack of responsiveness. Jodi was constantly available to us for any questions and concerns we had during the process. This included taking some time during her vacation to make sure the seller's were doing everything they promised. (There were some C/O issues and some repairs that the seller's had promised that complicated the closing). Jodi helped what became a drawn out final walkthough (4 hour due to no oil in the burner and the Central Air Unit would not turn on) . We went to bed the night before closing unsure if we would close, but due to Jodi's hard work and communication we were able to see the house again 2 hours before closing with everything working. Jodi made herself available to help with the second final walkthough! My wife and I cannot thank Jodi enough for putting us in our first home. You would be foolish to use another agent.

Jennifer was absolutely pivotal in my family and I getting our new home last year. We had started…read morewith another realtor who was - and I am just being honest - lazy. I never met them in person. My wife had known them and all they'd do is send us listings via e-mail. They never showed up for any open houses or did any other legwork. I could have done a better job on my own. Then my wife started using Jen and it was like a light was illuminated in our search for a house. She was/is a delight to interact with and is very informative and professional. She even gave us handouts of the home buying process, of which we were clueless before. The times were tough since Covid was fully in effect and the housing market was absolutely booming. We'd go to open houses and there'd be lines down the street to just get in. People were bidding tens of thousands of dollars over. We failed two bids. But Jen was there for almost every single one... and the one she missed she had another appointment and even offered to send someone in her place. When we finally got to our now home, Jen was able to get us in before the Zillow listing. We were able to privately go in with Jen and the seller's realtor and threw in a bid soon thereafter. Ultimately we were chosen by the seller. If it weren't for Jen, we'd still be living with my family since the market has been so crazy. Instead, we've been in the home for slightly over a year and we are incredibly happy. In fact, we have a baby on the way, which ultimately wouldn't be happening if it weren't for Jen's help of getting us into our home. My family and I highly recommend Jennifer. She's professional. She's authentic. She's a delight. She's a pitbull when it comes to getting answers. And she even bought us pies.
