This is one of the worst businesses that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Seth Levy and Jennie Katz have no idea about their local market and the worst part is that they tell potential clients crazy high numbers just to get their property listed and they can't perform. Jennie Katz is very rude and condescending and only cares about getting your commission money. Not only is she rude to her clients but she is rude to potential buyers who ask questions. All we received when dealing with them was smoke and mirrors and never got the correct facts. It was only after firing her did we find out how they treated potential buyers. Not good at all. All we heard from Jennie every day was how bad the market is and we have to take drastic measures and lower the price. If the house was priced correctly in the first place it wouldn't have been an issue. Thank goodness we hired a competent company who is now doing the right thing by us.
