Vinny was incredibly professional, courteous, prompt, and answered all of my questions. His pricing was perfectly reasonable and on par with the market. I had many people at my property when Vinny was doing the inspection (landscapers, plumbers, etc) and Vinny was very patient and had no issues doing the inspection while I was talking to others, and he stayed until the very end. He got me my full inspection report the next day. And he accepted Venmo payment (which was very convenient for me). And he had a question about ventilation in my attic, raised a concern to me, and was able to get on the phone with the builder and get everything completely squared away. Vinny won't just mindlessly tick the box during your inspection, if he sees something that doesn't make sense not only will he point it out but will take the time to explain to you what it is and why he observed it. You get a sense that he really cares and wants the best for his clients. I could not say anything bad about Vinny and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone in need of an inspection. 10/10.

Great Home!! Low Low Taxes!!!!!!!!!!!" I am a buyer, and am buying a property listed by this realtor. In the listing she used the low tax as the biggest selling point to attract potential buyers and bump up the selling price. In fact, that property tax in the ad is the tax after veteran deduction. No other buyer can qualify for the deduction other than the owner himself. When I tried to contact her, she never returned my calls. Until one time we used our computer phone to call her. She finally picked up as she didn't know where the call was from. She admitted it's her mistake at the call. But she can't do anything. Well believe or not, such an "experienced" realtor would make such low level mistake and used it as the biggest selling point for the house. How can people trust such realtor to buy or sell their houses. She does not even apologized after admitting it's her mistake, not to mention the loss we had to suffer (as we had signed the contact). If I were you, I would never never never never buy or sell house through her.

They have a lot of properties where they pair up two places. One is typically like a Habitat for Humanity house that they live in for free while they stalk the property. They have a section 8 on that you're in--while you're paying double they are pocketing your credit and redirecting your payments to someone else that they are in cahoots with. It doesn't matter if you have a problem and you have it covered they will not allow you to have any control over your safety or security. None of the doors seal their maintenance people do not finish the job so that they can make sure they take deposits and when the gig is up, they just do it over and over again and I'm pretty sure they've got somebody in Pasco County who's making all this happen for them like a judge. They will confound the paperwork or any kind of filing & you won't have any idea if you've been served or not. The harassment was beyond belief for no reason whatsoever other than their covert criminal activities they don't want to get caught for. My daughter rented here and they put her in every kind of compromised job & network situation. They have been doing this a long time. One is the trap rescue house, the other is the target house and that will be you. They are crooked. Do not trust the landlord or the maintenance people. These are felons. You will not be safe there; the entire time after I took over my daughter's lease they tried to keep her on the lease, not return the deposit, and the home is entirely breeched. They all come in through the duplex in the attic where they have a constant surveillance of when you are home and able to get in with the key next-door and access anytime they like. It is disgusting. I would never recommend these people. Yes all this to be destroyed for no reason legally and unable to move forward; they are Trafficking not just people, but cars and identities. Not good, in addition to the fact that they do not change the locks and they let the guy across the street retool them so he can access more easily. It's a really bad situation. They need to be stopped. We even sent in cash that they tried to refuse by taking it and denying that they ever received it by certified mail. Much of their plan is dependent on taking your mail stealing your car, trafficking vehicles, drones, and con that street on Silverspur Drive.
