I've been meaning to write this since we moved in - and as I'm not one to normally (or ever) write…read morereviews, this time I felt compelled. I'm basically posting this to all my social media outlets as they deserve it. Some people do their job because they have to - its obvious that Greg and Dawn do it because they love what they do. Here's my story: After 8 years of being in Westchester, my wife and I decided to finally decide to cut the renting cord and buy our own place. However - there were some complications that we knew we would have. Being self-employed means the typical W2 paystubs that banks were looking for wouldn't cut it - and hoops would have to be jumped through. Enter Greg Pfeiffer and Dawn Sullivan of All Shores Mortgage. They were like lion tamers they way they worked with the banks. At one point things I was getting stressed out for all the paperwork that we had to get together, and Gregs comment to me was "Don't worry Mike - I have backups of backups. One way or another I'm getting you into this house." Greg was a man of his word and within 2 months of us finding the house we wanted, we were in. When I tell people how fast this went, no one can believe it; but we found the house on June 5th and closed on August 10th. I can't speak highly enough of the All Shores Mortgage team, and I have recommended them personally to multiple friends just within the past month. Without Greg and Dawn, there is no way we would have been able to get into the house of our dreams; and I can't thank them enough. They were with us throughout the entire process and walking us through any hurdles that came up. Without them I am sure that I wouldn't be typing this review from within my new house. Thank you both!

She…read morehighly recommended a landlord named Bruce Hall who she said was both professional and personally kind. Turns out, Mr. Hall is a real creep. He ignored requests for necessary maintenance, called me repeatedly during my work day to ask about rent that wasn't due yet (I will note that I never paid even a day late), and he ignored my calls for weeks when I needed to speak with him about renewing my lease. Speaking to some other renters I know in the area, it appears that Jolie is running a real racket with the local landlords, who all behave in a variety of inappropriate ways.

He gave me the number of "Flo" his rental agent. I told her I had a little over a month to find a place but if we found one I would take it just for the peace of mind. In the 5 or 6 week period "Flo" contacted one, 1 time to see a place which fell thru and EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to contact her to remind her that it was getting close to my lease deadline. MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION and ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the client WHO IS PAYING YOU A MONTHS RENT. I know it wasn't because of a lack of available rentals because as I was looking on various rental apps I've seen her contact info pop up several times leaving to wonder why I haven't gotten a call. OH, also, I'm writing this today, 8/28/18 which is the day I needed to vacate my old apartment and I haven't heard from "Flo" in weeks. HEY ED Ryan R. BUYER BEWARE! This…read moreproperty may look beautiful and seem too good to be true, because it is! I purchased all cash in October 2021 and have been having non-stop issues with the board ever since. This review is being posted in December of 2022, so come next election things could change. However, the current board is made up of two residents who have been running the property for about 6 years now in addition to two new people. The "senior" board members are using their positions to forward their own interests and do not care about the other shareholders. They bully and intimidate anyone who goes against their "status quo". I have been slandered to the community and ostracized for speaking out against the bad mortgage they just took out. I have also been cursed out more than once by a board member who repeatedly breaks the house rules as they feel they are above them. The board will actually go so far as to pass new rules without any input from shareholders when they see something they do not like. For example, the current president has an issue with retractable dog leashes, so he banned them. This place is in debt and the board has no plans to raise revenue or make any improvements that will raise this property value. The board have also been caught lying to shareholders. For example, the president told everyone in an open shareholder meeting on 9/13/1022 that the Town of Babylon denied our request for a private dog park. According to the town no plans were ever submitted, but if they were it would have been approved as other communities have done the same in Babylon township. I have this in writing. Save yourself the headache!
