Best Taiwanese desserts in Orlando! I still can't believe we have Meet Fresh here! I moved from SoCal a few years ago...and miss all the asian desserts that I had while I was there. Great shave ice & taro balls!! I always take visitors there since it's a great place to hangout with kids. They have quite a few games & toys selections for kids and adults. We usually go there and head to Enson supermarket after for some Asian grocery. read more

I think they're doing great on their job. Shop is nice, bright & clean even they seems pretty busy. Owner & staffs are very nice & explain things very specific to customers. Desserts & drinks taste right! Just one time that I ordered drink and they accidentally forgot to put sweet in, but since it was busy so could be understandable. Maybe a bigger sign of returning trays section so people could recognize & leave them to the right place. It's way hidden in the back. Good luck with everything!! read more

The staff at meet fresh is always super nice and friendly. They recommend I tried the chocolate waffle so that's what got. I was not prepared for the size of it but it's great to share with a group of friends. The only gripe I have with it is how they serve it. There's too much food and toppings for a small cup so it's very easy to make a mess. But other then that it was delicious and I always stop by for a sweet treat read more

Bobas on point at this place! And so many other sweet toothed offerings. We had the mango berry shaved ice this time and woooweeeee was it something special. Taro, grass jelly, if you like Asian snacks, this is the spot for you. The staff were wonderful btw, they let me make a small modification to my order even tho they'd already started, which was super cool. First off, the ladies working were super sweet and answered all the questions we had. If I had to be completely honest, it wasn't anything impressive. It was a bit overpriced for what it was. $8.50 for plain egg waffles is a bit much. We got medium sized bowls for the shaved ice and they were between $15-$16. It was ok to be honest. They forgot to put the taro in the taro shaved ice bowl but later brought it to us on the side, it honestly was no big deal. Like I said the ladies were super nice! Got my dad the cold grass jelly bowl and he loved it because it wasn't too sweet. Not sure if I would go again, but the place was open and clean and good service just not for us. read more

What a neat spot! Love the openness of the location plus the large tables to accommodate large parties. We ordered the Mangoberry Milk Shaved Ice (M) /雙子星牛奶冰 (中) medium, and it did not disappoint! The amount was perfect for our little big family of 5 (3 small kids and 2 adults) the flavors were amazing and we cannot wait to return to try more items on their menu. I'm soo happy that Meet Fresh has finally come to Orlando! It was one of my favorite desserts spots in college. The interior is pretty spacious with large tables and a smaller bar top. You can either order on the touch screen or with the staff. I got the red bean shaved ice and the matcha deluxe egg waffle. The shaved ice literally looked like a mountain! It's topped with vanilla ice cream, sweet condensed milk, and jelly. I thought the topping themselves were great! I just wish the shaved ice had a bit more flavoring in the middle and bottom. As for the egg waffle, I have no complaints. It was well toasted and had a strong matcha flavor that I love! Meet Fresh has an extensive menu so there will be something for everyone. It was a bit of a disappointment at today's tofu pudding with mochi. I'm not one to ever send food back, but I had to because the mochi was extremely hard and inedible. They "remade" it, but it was pretty much the same as the first time. I had to spit the mochi out and just eat the tofu pudding. Thank goodness the tofu pudding still tasted good as usual. read more

My boyfriend and I were waiting for so long for this place to finally open, and we couldn't wait to try it. After trying it today, we left pretty disappointed. When we first arrived we noticed a long line to order at the kiosk. They weren't taking orders at the register, so this was the only option at the time and the line wasn't moving. After realizing that you can order on the app, we decided to find a seat and place our order. We ordered the icy taro ball with boba, red bean, and caramel pudding. For drinks we got the oolong milk tea and the taro paste fresh milk oolong tea. After we placed our order online, it said the order will be ready in 30 minutes. I wish I knew it would take that long, then I would've ordered on the way there. We noticed that when its been over 30 minutes, the people who ordered after us got their orders, so I went to see what happened to my order. One of the staff asked for my order number, but there was not one with my confirmation email. She then went to search for my order and saw that she found a crumbled up receipt with my order. I'm not sure if it was forgotten or thrown away. She then said it would be ready soon. We finally got our order 40 minutes after ordering. The dessert looked good and the oolong tea didn't look too milky, so I thought that maybe the wait was worth it...unfortunately it was not. Despite all the toppings in our dessert, it tasted so bland! The caramel pudding tasted like water with a drop of caramel, the taro balls didn't taste like taro...just tasted like plain rice balls, and the ice got clumped up. The tea was ok, but I wish they offered more sweetness levels, because 1/2 sugar was still way too sweet for me. My boyfriend didn't like his taro drink at all. It didn't even look like it has taro paste. It looked more like taro pieces that was pulsed maybe one or two times in a blender with liquid, more chunky than paste. Overall we were disappointed with our experience, and hope it will get better from here. read more

We got 3 drinks and the almond pudding and mochi. Overall the food and drinks were good but the wait was ridiculous. It was about 25 minutes from the time we ordered to get our order... that's on top of the 10 minutes in line to order. Maybe they are still working out the kinks... But I told them "Noooo....its a place where you meet fresh people who eat fresh desserts!" All jokes aside the desserts here are so fresh and Goooooood!!! Yasssss Meet Fresh!!! You did it! I remembered vacationing in Texas and wrote a review saying that I wanted it down here sooo baddd! That id go broke and introduced everyone to it! Been here like almost every day now! My personal favorite is the Mochi and Pudding shaved Ice! Warning!!!! Its Huge! Four people can finish a large and two can finish a medium! Its like $13 for that, only a dollar difference in price for size! My second favorite would hafta be the Double signature Taro! About 9 bucks! But worth it! They have brown sugar on the depth of it, grass jelly on mid layer, and they top it off with a bunch of chewy flavored balls, along with a big taro and ice cream (vanilla?). Not telling you how you should eat the ice cream, but I take a small scoop and mix it with the other stuff so it satisfy my sweet tooth cuzz its the sweetest thing in the bowl! Meet Fresh never fails to quench my dessert cravings -- especially after eating Hunan Taste on a hot day. We tried an icy taro ball signature which was my favorite! Super icey and refreshing. It was honestly difficult to stop eating it once I started. It was also difficult to remember that I was supposed to be sharing it with 3 other people when it tasted too good to be shared. Next was the Pudding & Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice. I thought it was just alright and almost too sweet/filling compared to the taro ball signature. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it though. Went during the soft opening and it was packed and busy. A lot of options to choose from and will maybe come back to try the shaved ice when it's less chaotic. They were out of boba (in the process of being made) so the wait for any items with boba would be 30 minutes which you don't really figure out until you order. You get a text for when your drink is ready but it doesn't really work out with orders with multiple drinks. The text was ready for one drink and I had to rely on a worker shouting number orders after for the other drinks. It's soft opening so I guess they are working that out. After waiting I can say that the boba is actually pretty tasty and great chewy consistency. Milk tea is good as well but I don't see the difference from getting it elsewhere. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful and the orders seem to be filled pretty quickly. They even have a little stand where they sell blind boxes and other goodies, so fun! Service was super fast and people come here to chat but also bring laptops to get work done. They have an area where you can sit on the floor with pillows and that's where many people had their laptops. The cookies are just densely packed with ingredients, firm on the outside and soft doughy in the inside. 1-2 cookies is definitely enough to last a long while and the cake slices are more like 2-3 slices in a slice so be aware of their sizing here. Staff here were very friendly and welcoming here, and made sure you got exactly what you were looking for. I also got one of their cold brews and it was perfectly made and sweet. Cost was fine and comparing this place to Crumbles, Gideons was hands down much better in quality and pricing.
