MEE in Rio offers a sensory delight, blending contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine with an elegant ambiance. The bar provides a unique vantage point to witness skilled sushi chefs at work, adding to the immersive experience so make sure you ask to have a drink at the bar before dinner. Nestled in the iconic Copacabana Palace, this Michelin-starred gem, led by Chef Alberto Morisawa, impresses with its exotic and intimate charm as well as an extensive menu, making it a standout among Rio's best restaurants.

In beautiful Copacabana , this restaurant has both extraordinary location and the service . Great taste of Asian food with Brazilian twist . People must try the tasting menu , is very extraordinary and very inexpensive considering the quality , location and rank the restaurant has .

This dumpling soup was presented so wonderfully and the broth was amazing

We celebrated my birthday dinner at Mee and we were blown away by the service and tasting menu! The staff were so attentive and helpful. Marco was so pleasant and wonderful! We ahead a taste of everything and the chefs did an amazing job with the presentation. My favorite was the wagyu, scallops w truffle, and all of my desserts! Check out my photos. We were seated for 2.5 hours and spent less than $250 USD. The staff also sang happy birthday in Portuguese so it was a magical evening! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to experience a 2-star Michelin restaurant. Happy Eats

We really wanted to love it but something was just missing. While the presentation was very good, flavors were just a little to bland and uninteresting. For example they had a dish with A5 Kobe beef which they used a hot coal to sear at the table. Should have been amazing but was flat and didn't stand out. It was a good meal but not worthy of a michelin star.

Wagyu beef was awesome, duck was pretty good a tad dry, The dim sum wasn't that great. The drinks were excellent. Service was kinda meh. They need English-speaking waiters (at least one, if you're gonna be at the Copacabana hotel!). Also all the sushi courses were excellent. I was slightly underwhelmed but I would definitely come back here. I also have to say that their capirina and capivodkas were one of the best I have ever had!!!

Excellent food and very helpful chef. I had the okamase degustation menu at the bar at 240R$. The price is really faire considering the quantity and the quality of the food! Everything is sophisticated and delicious. I did not put a 5 stars because the service is still to improve. I asked them to prepare for me a gin tonic with cucumber and rosemary and they priced it twice the price of a regular cocktail :( I strongly recommend you to try this restaurant!

Awesome experience with attentive staff. If it hadn't been for a loud, obnoxious Englishman, it would've been a perfect meal.

I've been a fan of the Delirium Café since 2014 and was very excited to see that Delirium Tap House…read moreopened up nearby. The Tap House is very different from the Café in several aspects: - Lots of seating, both inside and out. The patio probably has more seating than all of the Café, and there are lots of tables inside that can be pushed together, as well as a big round table. In short: this place is good for groups. You won't feel cramped. - 20 different beers on tap. Yes! They have what's available listed above the bar on a blackboard and in the menu on a printed sheet. - Food. Unlike the Café, which is mostly Brazilian and hamburgers, the food here is Asian fusion. You can find sushi, sashimi, and a bunch of other creations - but no burgers. We had the Bolinho Tai, and it was very tasty and unique. Next time I want to try the Coxinha de Pato, which I've never seen on a menu before, for that matter I've never even heard of a duck coxinha. - Liquor. They have a wide variety of liquor and specialty cocktails, a huge departure from the Café, which is beer-only. There are some things that are similar, such as the prices - it's still pretty expensive. But worth it in my opinion. The service at the Tap House is also much better than at the Café, which honestly has gotten pretty bad. Bottom line: If you're looking for a place with great beer and unique food or have more than 4 in your party, come here. If you just want a burger and some great beer, head to the Delirium Café
