I don't right a lot of reviews however I am so upset and disappointed with my Kia Niro I felt I needed to inform others. I bought a Kia Niro EV vehicle and have never been so pissed off with the service or "customer support" (which should read NO customer support). The app is of no help. I set the app to charge my vehicle to 80% and every night it changes to only charge to 50%. So I can't drive everywhere I need to. I have had problems with the 12 volt battery and had to pay the dealership $500 to replace the battery only to have it die again in less than 6 months. I normally would have changed it myself but I had to tow the vehicle to the dealership b/c I couldn't get a jump start. So I had to have it towed twice. No acknowledgement or reimbursement on a battery that was under warranty. Kia sucks. Do not go with this company. I now have a EV vehicle that I can't charge for more than 130 miles when it states you can get over 250 miles per charge. I was told to update the navigation system (which I don't see what has to do with the charge but I attempted to do it) and when I had to do the update on my own with no support from the "NO support center" I had to fork over another $30 for a memory stick which could not be accepted or read by the vehicle. So now I am told to buy a different memory stick that costs $50 to see if that works. How much money are they thinking I have to fix all the issues that Kia EV vehicles have. Hell I bought a Kia b/c they are cheaper and now I see why. Don't do what I did and buy a KIA, they won't help, they will ask for more money and then expect you to fix their problems. I bought a new car to avoid issues and this has only been the worst decision in my life. Learn from my mistakes and don't trust "they are a better company than 4 years ago". Let me just start by saying that I am so appreciative of the sales staff for helping me feel comfortable while searching for and buying a new car. This was my first new car purchase ever and I was sort of dreading it. I am out-of-state and was in search for a Telluride, which was impossible to find in Phoenix without a $15K increase in MSRP. I searched around a bit and came across this dealership. I am so glad that I decided to go with them. Right from the get go the sales person, George, I was speaking to was so friendly and helpful, answered all of my emails, texted back and forth answering countless questions, and really took the time to make sure I was getting the car and build I wanted. He was so knowledgeable on the car and even texted the next day to make sure everything was running great and see how we liked the car after our 15 hour drive home that day. They were able to do a new build for me for MSRP. I was elated because nowhere in Arizona would let me do a new build! I couldn't understand why, but thankfully they didn't because I found these guys. They saved me soooo much money and were very professional with everything. I was worried the car would get sold or they would try to add on fees/packages that I didn't want once I came to pick it up and then I'd be stuck, but they didn't!!! Everything went smoothly and was exactly as we had discussed and agreed upon. The general manager even came in to say hi and how much he appreciated our business. Even the finance manager didn't try to oversell on an extended warranty. He gave me the option of course, but didn't press the subject when I said no. Very nice, clean dealership. This is the feedback I provided directly to them in written form: Please accept this feedback regarding my recent customer experience. My experience was not good. Based on Yelp reviews which unfortunately I did not read prior to coming in for service, it appears consistent with the experience of others. Nevertheless I hope you will consider improving the engagement process with customers. My first intersection with Kia Medved was actually a couple months ago when I brought in a vehicle for routine service. I was impressed with the level of detail provided about the different points of the inspection process and was pleased with the professionalism of your staff. That was a good experience. One item on the list was getting a price quote for a replacement keyfob which had broken. A week after the service it occurred to me that maybe it would be less expensive to reprogram the existing one rather than source a new one. I called to ask about this and got voicemail. The voicemail message mentioned the person was out of the office that day. Not a big deal. I waited for a callback. It never came. Wednesday of last week (October 27, 2021) I brought my Sorento in for service with a P200A check engine light. Within a couple hours I received a phone call reporting the status of the vehicle, and that repairs would be ~$1500. I was impressed with the turnaround time of this information. I had a brief conversation with my wife and we decided that it was time to retire this vehicle and buy a more reliable one. I called back and asked the service center not to continue with the repair. They acknowledged. But then when I expressed a desire to trade in this vehicle and buy another one, it was communicated that the different centers within your facility (service, new cars, used cars) operate independently. I was not provided any kind of facilitated transition from repair to purchase, other than bouncing me through the phone system. I think that is something you should consider managing better. So I called used car sales. I said "I want to buy a car, call me back." Didn't hear back. That was Wednesday. I called again on Thursday and left another message. Didn't hear back. Meanwhile, I'm paying ~$45/day out of pocket for a rental car. Friday came and went too, didn't hear back. So now we come all the way to Wednesday of *this* week... a week after I brought the vehicle in. Finally after leaving two voicemails for the service center on Tuesday, I received a callback on Wednesday. Why did it take a full day to return a phone call? Just like with the other unreturned calls, I do not know. In any case, I now had paid ~$240 for the rental, and had to re-up for another week because the vehicle was still inoperable. By this point I'd hoped to have bought a vehicle off your lot and be back in business. But since my calls went unreturned there was no sale. So today I am literally towing my Kia to a different service center because I can not trust you to repair my vehicle or help me buy a new one. All in all, a terrible customer experience. Not to put too fine a point on it but when a customer says "sell me a car!" you pick up the phone and call them back. Isn't that Sales 101? I mean, we'll source a vehicle elsewhere; I'm just shocked this opportunity passed us both by. To sum up: - Return phone calls as promptly as possible. - Provide a more seamless experience when customers need to engage with different parts of your business. - Sell cars when customers say they want to buy them. read more

Called the service department just trying to get an oil change for my Kia Soul. The guy on the phone said yeah come on down! We can get you in today! (This was Friday close to 3pm. I have called the other dealerships close by and was told everyone was booked out) Feeling pretty excited I rushed over there. When I drove into their service center garage I was not greeted by anyone and I ended up wondering around the dealership trying to find some who worked the service area. I was then told by a very rude employee that they can change out my oil in 3+ hrs and have it be done by the following day. I mentioned to him the conversation I had with the guy on the phone and he pretty much just ignored it. I told him that it was a waist of my time and gas to drive to them only to get turned away. I ended up called the Longmont Kia and got in right away with no problems. I contacted them about various Tellurides they had listed in stock on their website. They stated they had an EX trim in Wolf Gray with a Nightfall, Premium and tow packages for $45,975. That price was in the range I can afford so I took time off work to go to the dealership to check it out. When arriving no one knew what I was talking about and whoever was texting with me with the bogus information was not at the dealership. They also told me the price starts at $50K and that that specific car was not available for a test drive. It was a complete waste of time and I was treated like a total inconvenience since I wasn't willing to pay that price. 2012 Kia Soul +, 64k. I am such a fan of this car. I take very good care of this vehicle, but I must admit that I over shot my 60k service by a couple of months. New tires, new brakes and consistent oil changes using only Kia filters. But it was time to get it serviced. I made an appointment online. I showed up on what was probably the worst weather day we'd had up to that point this year. I arrived very early, before they were even open. The plows were out working the lot and getting the snow moved. I watched the service manager arrive and open the doors. I drove right in at the exact time they should have opened. Remember, this is a horrible weather day with several inches of snow and ice. Josh was waiting for me and set me right up with everything I required, plus a few extra's that I knew it also needed, such as alignment. I had requested a shuttle ride back, and within minutes of being done completing the appointment scheduling, the shuttle arrived and we were off. The shuttle driver was a great guy. A careful driver that left me with every confidence. Asked me to give him a call if I needed a ride back to the dealership. Excellent service up to this point folks.. The call came that the old car needed a few recommended things that I knew existed from previous oil changes, such as a seeping oil pan. I asked them to take care of it now, while they have it. Done ! The call comes that the vehicle is good to go. I had my wife take me and drop me off to pick up the Soul. The 60k service is no trivial service. Trans-axle, coolant flush, oil changes, inspections, cabin filters, ac checks, fuel system, I mean a lot of items. Plus all the additional work, the alignment and the oil pan. My Soul runs as good as she ever has, smooth as silk. All the items I could check, I did. I paid an expected price for the parts and labor. I have to rate this experience very highly. I was treated like gold, and my car was as well. Can't say enough good things about Josh and whoever the mechanic was. Great job all around. read more

I have never posted a review but this was very much deserving of one so I am taking the time. I will file a complaint as well assuming this issue doesn't get resolved. I went to purchase a car from MedVed Kia and the new car they were selling me had a scratch on it and no roof rack so I decided not buy it. They called me later that day stating that they would give me the roof rack for free and remove the scratch for free if i came back. So I drove an hour and half back only to find out that they lied to me over the phone and would not give me the roof rack for free, so being stuck with no other ride i decided to let it go and pay the extra for the roof rack (would not have chosen this car had I known the truth going in). I had to schedule a third visit to take the car back and have it installed but before that they made me sign something saying they give no warranty on any of there cars and i will have to fight the dealer themselves if there is an issue, they were pretty rude, short tempered and abrasive when I asked for clarification. I came back on a separate day to get the roof rack installed only to find out that the car I bought only on the condition of it getting that roof rack for free now not only cost me money but also could not even be install on this car! (again would NOT have bought this car had they told the truth about it not being able to have this roof rack) They only have 5 different vehicles in their shop and they didn't know this couldn't be installed? Then they had to keep this car an extra day to put on the plastic for it but were nice enough to give me a front wheel drive car to borrow on a very snowy day. They were also not able to get the scratch removed liked they promised as well! You can still clearly see it. I asked for a $10 marker in the cars color to try to cover it up at least and they wouldn't even give me that. I came back for my car and they did not have a check to refund me for the roof rack that they charged me for and could not install. It has been 3 weeks and still no check or response from them. The brand new car is now not working. I will have to fight the dealer to get this repaired. The salesman himself was nice and I give him a personal good rating but the sales manager and business as a whole was aggressive and rude and not pleasant to work with through out this whole experience. Worst car dealer I've ever been to. Tried to buy my telluride there but the sales guy would never respond to my messages. So I went into the dealer and told the manager that I would like to get one as soon as possible and he disappeared into a back room, having my husband and two young kids waiting until we realized after about 30 min he was just chatting with some guys and laughing. So had to go elsewhere for my car, guess they didn't want any commission on a $45,000 car, weird. So fast forward a few months and I wanted to purchase the lease for my other Kia vehicle. Left two voicemails for their finance person, never heard back. Lovely, had to go to different Kia to do that. No my check engine light is on and I scheduled an appointment here only because they are closest to be and I have two little kids that I homeschool so need convenience, I had a few questions and have left voicemails for 4-5 people there as I have been passed around to person to person, NO ONE calls back! So all in al I have tried to contact around 8-9 people at this dealership for everything from buying a new car to management to finance to service to warranty and they have all failed! I don't know how they stay in business if no one that works there returns calls! I have had several friends and neighbors ask me questions about my Kia's as I have a killer Telluride and an amazing plug in hybrid that I get lots of questions about but to every single person I tell them avoid here and it's worth the drive to i25 Kia or Grand Kia. We didn't have to wait long even though there were lots of people. Staff was professional, and surprisingly low on BS which usually comes with buying a car from a dealer. Jalen was nice to work with, and the sales manager didn't give us any run-around. The finance guy clearly wanted to go home, and was annoyed that we didn't buy the expensive added warranty. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Honestly, it's the worst experience I've had from any business. Absolutely horrible customer service and communication between Medved employees was just as bad. The service department ordered parts and began work on my car before ever contacting me. And I only spoke to someone after three days of my car being towed to Medved because I was persistent in calling them. I was never able to speak to someone, just given the only option of leaving a voicemail which were never returned. And the work that was done on my car was equally unprofessional. After picking up my car nearly two weeks after it arrived at Medved, the engine and oil lights were on. I took my car to a trusted mechanic who said they had never seen such unprofessional work on a car. They had not cleaned any of the work and had left a rag on the engine. The cap for the wiper fluid was left open. When I called back to voice my frustrations, it took me another five days of calling and leaving voicemails before someone finally returned my car. When I spoke to the manager, not once did he apologize or ask how they could make the situation better; all I got was a simple "I understand". Only after I asked him did he apologize and offer an unacceptable offer. I'm not sure how anyone at Medved finds this business practice acceptable. If you read any reviews on Yelp, they all address the same issues, but apparently Medved is ok with the negative press and poor service. Edit 8/19/19: After being given the run-around by several people there, for roughly three weeks, it was finally admitted that the car I was sold didn't have UVO eServices in it, a key selling point. The only way I could have it, I was told, was to spend $40-50 more per month. Fine, except 1) I was sold this car on the premise that it had UVO, so I shouldn't be in this situation to begin with and 2) I have had the car ceramic coated and installed dash cams, and doing this to a new car would be an extra $1200 on top of the roughly $1500 I'd have to pay for a vehicle that *actually* has UVO. Back to my original assessment: this place is one scam after another. Do not buy from here. Kia cars are great and reliable, but this dealership isn't. Edit 8/8/19: Had to buy a new car (thanks, Denver hail!) due to mine being totaled out, and I settled on a 2020 Sportage. The car is great, but the clear bra is peeling off the edge of the rear doors, so I had to drop my car off for the night and pick up a rental. The rental they gave me REEKS of cigarette smoke. Not only that, but the kid who handled the rental for me didn't disclose this *and* told me to "just sign" in the box where you're checking the rental for pre-existing damage. Never was it mentioned or noted, but they charge a $150 fee if you smoke it the car. I noted it on the paperwork, but worse than that, because I was in a hurry to pick up my toddler (and he took almost 20 minutes to do the paperwork), I had no choice but take the car and race to go get her. Now I'm dealing with migraines, and my child has been exposed to heavy third hand smoke, because of their unacceptable vehicle. When I called the manager, the answer I received was--verbatim--"what do you want me to do," knowing full well (because I told him) that I could not return before they closed and I was stuck with the car until I picked mine up tomorrow. Disgusting, unacceptable. I gave them one more chance because my salesman had been so good (they did switch out the finance guy handling my paperwork because of my previous issue, which was nice), but this is the last straw for me. Original post: First off, I want to say that my salesman, Sasha (spelling might be different) was amazing. I bought my car a year ago this weekend, right off the showroom floor. It is a 2017 Kia Soul Plus, and drives like a dream. Additionally, the service department has done a great job helping me to maintain my car and keep it running in peak condition. This review is not for them. This review is for the financing department. I cannot recall the man's name who did the financing for my car, but he works for all of the Medved dealerships, I believe--at least, the ones in Wheat Ridge. Please beware when financing though Kia at Medved Kia. I was financed and approved, but a day later received a call from the man who did my paperwork claiming he, "made a mistake, and he'll lose his job if I don't come in and agree to new terms." Honestly, I didn't (and don't) believe him. The difference was, I believe, $10 per month but changed the final value of my car as well by about $1500, which will mean I pay that much more in the end (I'm doing a lease/loan). This is a deceptive practice used by dealerships to try and screw customers out of their money, and preying on women--particularly women who just had a baby a month prior--is disgusting. I would've given a 0!!! Went to purchase a car that I initially found on CARS.COM. I only drove all the way over there because I thought it was a good deal when we agreed on the price. Everything was fine...credit pulled, brought the cash downpayment out on the table, signed some papers, and etc. Finally, they brought the car that was supposed to be mine (I asked to see it earlier but I guess they wanted to get this done and go home ASAP). From there on, all hell broke loose! The car didn't have all of the specs that was listed on CARS.COM. Mind you, I specifically asked the sales associate to send over the specs (just wanted to make sure it was the same car). Without sending them over, he assured me that it was the SAME EXACT CAR I inquired about through CARS.COM. Long story short...they basically told me that they have NOTHING to do with CARS.COM and that CARS.COM upload all of their dealership info and inventory on their own like Kelly Blue Book (this is what the d******* manager claimed). These guys were lying to me, making stuff up and pulling it out of their as***!! I don't really blame the sales guy because I understand it's not his fault. HOWEVER, he told ME to call CARS.COM to complain about this issue because they have NO control over what the app posts. Come on now , REALLY??? He actually expected me to believe this crap. Seriously, no one is going to advertise your products without your consent and for free! He was just going in circles and didn't know how to handle the situation (I actually liked him in the beginning....) so I asked to speak with the manager. Let me tell you, HE is one of the worst ppl I've ever met! I can't even find the words to describe this pri*k. It got so nasty with him cuz he thought he was the freakin owner of the damn place...and was yelling at me!! I have been trying to get in touch with the finance department at Medved Kia for over a month. Phone calls to them go to a voicemail that is always full. When I asked to speak to someone, the operator sends my calls to Hunter. He never responds to voicemail. In addition, the email address he gives on his voicemail--hunter@medved.com--does not exist, and emails sent to that address bounce back. I even went to the dealer in person on Nov. 23 to speak with Hunter. I was told he was not working that day but would be back the next day. I left my contact information and was assured that he would respond to me. He never did. I have left voicemails since then and no response. I am trying to get a lease buy out package, but I have been unsuccessful at obtaining this. I will never do business with this dealer again, and I would recommend that anyone looking to buy or lease a car go somewhere else. read more

I don't suffer fools or shenanigans when purchasing a car. I arrive at the dealership with the VIN number of the exact vehicle I want, clean credit and little time to waste. In this case, I was interested in purchasing a new Kia Sportage at Medved Kia. Coming out of a BMW, I was used to great service and wasn't sure what to expect from my first experience with Kia. My initial sales associate, Patrick Culbreth, was a pleasure to work with. I felt zero sales pressure and had all of my questions answered during my test drive. When it came time to sit down and talk numbers, it took all of three minutes to negotiate the final price. I'm don't enjoy haggling, and luckily, I didn't have to because I dealt directly with the sales manager, Saife Abusway, who offered me a very fair price. The finance department was also straightforward and quick and spared me the long pitch for the extended warranty and gap insurance. Medved was kind enough to pre-order some Sportage accessories I wanted before I had even taken a test drive. When I arrived the following day to pick up my car with the accessories installed, there was a very minor issue with the vehicle. I decided not to keep the car, and figured I would have to drive all over Colorado to find another Sportage with the same color and options. With a smile on his face, the sales manager, Saife, offered to find me a replacement vehicle despite the obvious loss of profit in selling me a car that would have to be transferred from another dealership. He eased my guilt of being such a picky customer and was nothing but accommodating and good humored. Days later, Saife had me in a replacement car from another dealership with all of my accessories installed to boot. He even had complimentary paint protection film installed on the front bumper for protection during transport! I can honestly recommend Medved Kia with absolutely zero reservations. Saife and his staff took exceptional care of me, and I'll return to Medved for my next Kia purchase despite it not being my local Kia dealership. I honestly can't recommend them enough. My poor mother had the worst experience here. This is her review. My husband and I experienced the worst customer service at MedVed KIA.  We were purchasing a 2018 Kia NIRO with cash.  Although we love the car the customer service was terrible.  The first thing is we went into Kia on Wednesday looked at the car and package we wanted.  We called the salesman on Thursday that we wanted to purchase the Nero we told him the package we wanted and the colors.  When we arrived on Saturday the salesman did not have the correct car.  We were told he would have to get the car from another location, but we could fill out the paperwork.  The paperwork took over five hours for a cash buyer with an agreed purchase price.  The third thing that happened is we purchased a clear bra protection package and were told it would only take an hour.  When they actually installed the 5-point protection they said it would be four hours. When they were done they had not installed the protection on the front bumper and we were told that Kia did not make that piece for the Kia Nero yet.  Of course that wasn't true and we had to go back a week later to have the additional piece installed.  One mistake I can take, 2 mistakes is bad, but three deserves a bad rating.  They need to be sure of what is said and then deliver on that. read more

Called today saying I would like to look at the Niro plug-in Hybrid. Salesman Ryan told me there are no plug-in hybrid Niros in Colorado at all. He convinced me to come in and see the regular Niro. I made an appointment for 90 minutes later. When we arrived Ryan did not appear. Someone else said he'd get the car. He walked in and out for 10 minutes and finally a different sales person came and told us they had sold the car. Implied it was impossible to call us to alert us and help us avoid the useless trip (?!) Got home, called Grand Kia and found out that they have the exact car I wanted to see - Plug in Hybrid Niro - on their lot right now. So, I learned that The folks at Medved flat out LIED. read more

I was looking to buy a Kia due to the ratings on consumer reports and edmunds. I had an older vehicle that had transmission issues that I needed to get out of. I was working a temp job at the time and had to wait about 3 weeks until I was hired. I was hired in Mid December and emailed the Sales guy that I had been dealing with to let him know asking to work on getting financing and things moving due to changes with Covid. I just received and call from them today January 29th. Obviously they didn't want my business enough to return my call until it was at the end of another sales month. I WILL not go back to them for my next vehicle nor will I recommend them to any of my friends or coworkers. Absolutely terrible customer service is that's what you want to call it. read more

Horrible place! And the mechanics are lazy pieces of garbage. Absolutely do not take your car here- especially if your a girl they will treat you like your dumb - I drove 207 miles in a blizzard to get my car worked on. I dropped my car off the afternoon of 2/7 for a reoccurring issue with engine flooding leading to a crank but no start unless I removed a fuse controlling a portion of the fuel system. As well as an issue with the dash lights. My local mechanic was baffled and sent me to a dealeraftwr working on it for about 2mo..... When I showed them the paperwork from the mechanic they glanced at the paper work and told me they didn't need it. They would know what was replaced....rude but fine I tossed it in the car anyway. They called me 40 minutes later ( should have been my first clue they didn't do a damn thing who can run a full diagnostic check on several issues in less than an hour??? And I was an hour early for the appointment soooo maybe no diagnostics were run) They tell me it's spark plugs and a Throttle body gasket interesting that it had already been with a good honest mechanic for almost 2 mo. And they had already looked at EVERYTHING and that was fine when they checked. But I figured maybe just fresh set of eyes helps right??? WRONG! I finally Called them on on 2/11/20 after being transferred 3 times they said they would be done with it that evening. So when I went to pick the car up 9am 2/12/20 I had to wait for 30 min while they checked if it was done.... he explained things to me like I was a child including telling me to stomp on the gas when it floods. I Began the drive home on wet/snowy roads the interior lights appeared to be ok but when I hit dry roads around 4:00pm now the cruise control doesn't work.... AT ALL. I called immediately I was told It must just be Not clipped to the throttle turn around and bring it back..... UMMMM I AM 175 Mi. FOM THERE!!!! I'm only 30 from home hell no i I'll lot turn around. So they say take it somewhere and send them the bill....again irritating but fine. I get a call back 5min later saying they decided that I must have put glue on the wire at some point cuz it had some on it so it wasn't a viable connection anymore which was why it wasn't working when I asked why the idiot didn't replace a wire he claims he saw was bad I of course got no real answer..... 3 hours later.... my car won't start no matter what I do to it. Good thing I paid $611.94 to be treated like crap and taken advantage of this is why women HATE HATE HATE mechanics! I will try to work with them to get at least a partial refund as now my 1/2 broken car is completely broken with new issues *update* 2/17/20 After speaking with Daniel Martinez (for 30minutes while he proceeded to tell "I just wanted him to use magic to fix my car"..... ummmm no jerk I just wanted you to use your "knowledge" of mechanics) I received only $270 back that will barely cover the tow into the nearest mechanic much less the mechanic fees to have them look for whatever the hell they broke and fixed well enough I can find someone to look at the original issue. In addition I'm getting tons of emails asking me to take a survey about them. read more

Terrible service. I called multiple times to turn in my Kia k900 at the end of the lease and they said I could just bring it by. When I brought it by, no one knew who to talk to and they ended up turning me away since I didn't have an appt (which I had specifically asked if I needed the day before) after about 20 min (wasted 1.5 hours of my day). I also told them how my car had been stolen a couple days before my lease ended so I was a couple weeks late after getting the repairs fixed from that (they found it) but they didn't seem to car. They told me someone would call me Sat to setup an appt. someone called me Monday and acted dumbfounded that I was trying to return a car to a different dealer than I got it. Which Kia told me was 100% okay and I am now an hour away from that dealer, but he said no, you can't return it here, they'll want it there. So I called 2 other dealerships that said they could take care of it that day no problem. Highly recommend Peak Kia, a nice guy named Paul runs the place and got me in and out of there in five minutes. Definitely will never buy a car at Medved and will tell my friends and family not to as well. read more

Bought my 2016 Kia in Feb 2018. They talked me into the extended warranty.(" covers everything, don't have to worry"). Rained last week and the windshield leaks! Took it to KIA and "your warranty doesn't cover glass, it looks like previous owner might have replaced it. We of course can replace it at your cost. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! IF YOU DO DON'T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF WITH THE WARRANTY. read more

The sales reps lie and don't try to hide it. I was working with Anthony on buying a Sorrento. I asked him if the dealership was part of the Costco Auto Buying Program to which he replied, yes. While waiting for him to call back with a price, I contacted Costco to verify the dealership's participation in the program and was told they are not and never were. When Anthony called me back I again asked him if they were part of the Costco program. He again said yes. When I called him out for lying, he said well I'm Costco trained, which means nothing. I told him I was not going to buy a car from a dealership who's sales reps who lie. He got pissed and said fine, then go to another dealership. I recommend you go elsewhere too. I visited Medved Kia on Friday May 29th, 2015. I needed an oil change. After they changed my oil I was told that my car's hood was tense when opening. When I got home I discovered a crack in my windshield and inspected the hood. I found that my hood was actually not tense, but broken. I went back to the dealership to speak with a manager. The manager was busy when I arrived and a service rep at the dealership took no responsibility, but told me the manager would call. I never received any follow up. I am not happy with the fact that they didn't notice that the hood was broken and then failed to follow up with what they told me. I will be no longer using this dealership. read more
