He was supposed to run my vehicle as business not in my personal name. 2 months later I found out they did not do this.Tbe sales people are lying at this establishment when their lips are moving. My vehicle AC went out, and the tranny went out. It turns out that even though they say they have mechanics look at their vehicles, they do not. My truck broke down in the first month. I was with-out it for weeks awhile Chevy fixed a recall and another failure in the tranny. I feel like this time I was taken for a ride. Someone had broken into the passenger side what appears to be about four times, the AC doesn't work, and there was only one good Tire on the truck. They offered to send me to their tire shop Because I could get a discount and buy the tires, but I could get the tires cheaper than they could. Also they use AI as a loan company which was the most irritating thing I've ever been through. Unless they fix my AC and get me four new tires I will never buy a truck from these people again. They will sell you bre=oken vehicles, and they will do what ever it takes to get you to sign. Run the other way.

This was my first new car purchase ever and I was sort of dreading it. I am out-of-state and was in search for a Telluride, which was impossible to find in Phoenix without a $15K increase in MSRP. I searched around a bit and came across this dealership. I am so glad that I decided to go with them. Right from the get go the sales person, George, I was speaking to was so friendly and helpful, answered all of my emails, texted back and forth answering countless questions, and really took the time to make sure I was getting the car and build I wanted. He was so knowledgeable on the car and even texted the next day to make sure everything was running great and see how we liked the car after our 15 hour drive home that day. They were able to do a new build for me for MSRP. I was elated because nowhere in Arizona would let me do a new build! I couldn't understand why, but thankfully they didn't because I found these guys. They saved me soooo much money and were very professional with everything. I was worried the car would get sold or they would try to add on fees/packages that I didn't want once I came to pick it up and then I'd be stuck, but they didn't!!! Everything went smoothly and was exactly as we had discussed and agreed upon. The general manager even came in to say hi and how much he appreciated our business. Even the finance manager didn't try to oversell on an extended warranty. He gave me the option of course, but didn't press the subject when I said no. Very nice, clean dealership. I didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics at all. I will definitely be recommending them to friends/family if they're ever looking to buy a Kia!!

I bought a Kia Niro EV vehicle and have never been so pissed off with the service or "customer support" (which should read NO customer support). The app is of no help. I set the app to charge my vehicle to 80% and every night it changes to only charge to 50%. So I can't drive everywhere I need to. I have had problems with the 12 volt battery and had to pay the dealership $500 to replace the battery only to have it die again in less than 6 months. I normally would have changed it myself but I had to tow the vehicle to the dealership b/c I couldn't get a jump start. So I had to have it towed twice. No acknowledgement or reimbursement on a battery that was under warranty. Kia sucks. Do not go with this company. I now have a EV vehicle that I can't charge for more than 130 miles when it states you can get over 250 miles per charge. I was told to update the navigation system (which I don't see what has to do with the charge but I attempted to do it) and when I had to do the update on my own with no support from the "NO support center" I had to fork over another $30 for a memory stick which could not be accepted or read by the vehicle. So now I am told to buy a different memory stick that costs $50 to see if that works. How much money are they thinking I have to fix all the issues that Kia EV vehicles have. Hell I bought a Kia b/c they are cheaper and now I see why. Don't do what I did and buy a KIA, they won't help, they will ask for more money and then expect you to fix their problems. I bought a new car to avoid issues and this has only been the worst decision in my life. Learn from my mistakes and don't trust "they are a better company than 4 years ago". They still suck, they won't help and they will be costing you money while you have your car. Kia Sucks

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kenzie, the Service Manager at Foundation Chevrolet…read more From the very beginning, she has been kind, welcoming, compassionate, incredibly communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. This has been one of those experiences that genuinely reminds you how much of a difference the right person can make when you are dealing with a stressful situation. My vehicle needed an extensive repair, and there were multiple moving pieces involving my warranty company, the dealership, transportation, and our family logistics. Kenzie stepped in and went ABOVE AND BEYOND at every single turn. She personally helped advocate for me to make sure my warranty was honored at Foundation Chevrolet and facilitated multiple calls between me and my warranty company to help get everything worked out. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or just another service appointment. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly and consistently, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. What really stood out to me, though, were the little things that she absolutely did not have to do. I have two small, very busy toddlers, and when we were figuring out all of the logistics, Kenzie even offered to help take the car seats out of my vehicle for me. As a mom, that small gesture meant SO much. It showed me that she wasn't just thinking about the repair. She was thinking about me and my family and how she could make an already stressful situation easier for us. She also helped facilitate my rental car and made sure we had transportation while my vehicle is undergoing such an extensive repair. She took what could have been an incredibly frustrating and overwhelming experience and made it feel manageable from beginning to end. Customer service like this is RARE. Kenzie genuinely cares about the people she is helping, and it shows in everything she does. She is professional, proactive, patient, thoughtful, and incredibly good at her job. Foundation Chevrolet is incredibly lucky to have her as a part of their service department. Kenzie, THANK YOU for advocating for me, for taking so much off my plate, for keeping me informed, and most importantly, for treating me and my family with such kindness. You have earned a customer who will absolutely remember this experience and recommend you to others. If you are bringing your vehicle to Foundation Chevrolet for service, ask for Kenzie. She is exactly the kind of person you hope to have in your corner when something goes wrong with your vehicle. 10/10. Five stars isn't enough. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I am in for a repair of the same item as last week. Did they even check to see if their repairs had worked? No... obviously not. Luxury vehicles without luxury service no longer qualify as luxury. We waited 1.5 hours for a shuttle service (the new version of luxury transportation which replaced Lyft, which replaced loaner vehicles.) I sure do miss the days when Cadillac cared. I also mentioned there was a leak somewhere around the power steering pump and could they take a look. Roberto takes me into the office where he starts typing and then turns the tablet around showing the three items with each labeled $220. So $660 bucks for diagnostics...my power steering pump didn't need "diagnostics", it needed someone to take a look, find the leak and fix it. My AC "diagnostics" would be $220 plus another minimum of $250 to do the recharge. I thinkFoundation gave this guy a license to steal. He didn't seem very knowledgeable. He should have said the conversion will cost "x" and the recharge will be "x". My car is a 1993 Seville. (Thus the conversion)
