I know the facility is in a questionable area but I trust in the care we receive. At the moment many doctors are retiring and they are bringing in new physicians so the wait times for getting an appointment aren't instant but worth the wait for the time and effort Dr. Hagopian gives. I truly believe this facility will be running smoothly before we know it and I intend to show them grace during this transition and I appreciate they are helping provide medical for an under served area. Everyone deserves quality care.

After 2 days of experiencing worsening chest cold/flu like symptoms, I decided to seek medical…read morecare. I have been a 30 year patient with CPC and have been satisfied with the medical care overall. This negative review is due to the administrative part of their business. I called to see if they could work me in that day to see my primary. They said they couldn't, and I get that. I then asked to see any doctor at the south location and they said yes I could see their nurse practitioner in 5 days. If I thought I could make it 5 days I wouldn't have contacted them in the first place. Now to the core part of my negative review. I had the idea, and asked them would they check to see if any CPC location in the CSRA could get me in that day or the next, and they said absolutely not. I was told they will not allow patients to be seen at a different location but would not give me any reason why. My thoughts were "WTH", as a 30 year patient I had never made this request before. At the end of the conversation they told me to go to an urgent care facility. To recap: CPC has offices all over the CSRA with dozens of doctors available and they refused to let me see any of them to treat my emergent condition. I wound up going to an urgent care facility that of course didn't have access to my medical records and the outcome was not good. Guess I'll wind up at a pharmacy and try the OTC approach to get me through.

I've been a patient here for about 2.5 yrs. I just left a positive review on their podiatry office…read morebut I just wanted to say that I've also been to their MRI office, their pain management office and their emergency room. I was super impressed with their MRI office and their pain management office; extremely professional and quick. My experience at the ER was very good but I wasn't able to get in and out as quickly as I wanted and it was CRAZY cold in the waiting area (many of us were given blankets) and I don't normally mind the cold but this was beyond what I've experienced before. It took me 2 hours to get seen, get prescriptions and get out. That said, I was seen by Dr Mah after only 65 mins which was pretty good for an ER figuring I only had painful sinusitis so I was low in terms of priority. Dr Ma was very nice and told me to wait in the waiting area for my prescription paperwork. The thing that got me was I had to go up to the desk 40 mins after leaving Dr Ma's office to get action on my prescription paperwork. I'm not sure much longer I would've been there if I hadn't done that. Luckily I did so I was out in 2 hours. I had to go back in for a meningitis concern on a Saturday which either meant going back to the VA's ER or a MedStop and I chose the MedStop which was a good choice as I was in/out in 20 mins with prescriptions in hand. I still give the VA hospital (both downtown and uptown locations) a FIVE STAR rating b/c my overall experience has been phenomenal in the past 2.5 years.
