Don't come here if you want honest service. New to the area. Used a different cleaner prior. First time using MDC. Got clothes back and thought it was decent. Then went to put a pair of pants on and found stains. Took it back and they hit me with it was already there. I explained other cleaners did my pants I wore them, then gave them to them. They said the stain was there and they thought I just wanted to try to get it out. Didn't ask, tell me about it or anything. Still charged me! As if I wanted a stained pair of pants dry cleaned. Let me start by saying that I do not frequent the dry cleaners often. I will stop by maybe a few times a year. Today, my husband had a suit that needed to be cleaned. With COVID, it is drive-thru only service. The girl at the window was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my dry cleaning here again ! She gave me a receipt with a promised time that the suit would be done. I returned for pickup a day after the promised time and his suit was all clean and ready to go. They did a great job with the suit (it had lots of mud on it due to a rainy outdoor wedding). The price was reasonable too. Give them a try. They have locations all over the triangle area. read more

Came to pick up my uniform I usually come here for all my dry cleaning. The workers locking up informed me that their new hours are 9-3 and they couldn't get my dry cleaning.... won't be coming back. read more

If I could give zero I would. They destroyed my mom's antique lace veil on the eve of my wedding. Don't trust them with anything that you treasure or that is delicate or that you want back in one piece. I wouldn't trust them with my underwear. I am new to the area so maybe the prices are normal, but 8 dollars for a dry cleaned shirt seems a bit high....actually a lot high. I could save money buy stocking piling my clothes and going to wilmington for the weekend and getting my shirts done.... read more

They did a fine job on my clothes. However, they have extremely biased pricing. I took several run of the mill button up shirts, two dresses, 3 shirts, and a jacket. It was $88. They charged me over $7 per shirt, and $23 for one of the dresses. I took men's shirts, nothing special, nothing different, just men's instead of women's, and it costs half the price, around $3.50. This is insane. I will not be using this dry cleaners again. Response to Owner: so other cleaners charge the same price, regardless of gender orientation (there was no decals, no "specialities" about my clothes), but you don't? That's absurd. Not Reliable. My husband Dropped off a suit to be cleaned on a Friday morning, the woman promised it would be available for pickup Saturday. (The following day) which was even printed on his ticket. Well he went to pick it up and nope don't have it, and won't have it until Monday at 5. He needed his suit for Monday morning out of town. Now we will have to go buy a whole new suit, since this was his only one he has. Really upsetting! read more

I thought they did a great job and will come back. However, I was charged for 6 items because a dress had a belt. I didn't realize this would be charged for and wouldn't have included it if I knew. In fact, my pickup slip said 5 items but my receipt and Email said 6. read more

My husband works at a job that does conferences and some meetings where he occasionally needs a suit. I have used this company for a year now and I'm done. Every time I send in my cloths they come back with hair or lint. I'm too new to this so I never looked at the jackets until I got home but then this last visit I looked when I picked up and yet again, hair. I asked why this happens and they told me it is probably because other cloths had dog hair and it got stuck on mine. They offered to clean and take the hair off and so I left it. I was just going to move on but this morning when my husband puts on his jacket, his button is loose and so now he can't close his jacket. It was NOT loose when I brought it in. This happened before but I didn't realize it was the company that created the issue. Lesson learned. I'll use a dry cleaner recommended to me that's even further away now. So sad and lame that this company ruins cloths and hands in dirty cloths to their customers for the prices they charge. read more

I would give them a zero if I could. The prices are very high and lately the staff has been NOT very friendly. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited and waited and waited....I watched the young lady help three people - two of whom walked in after I pulled in and she never even made eye contact with me. After two more people, I parked the car with my sick daughter and went inside.....She was downright RUDE when I asked why she didn't help me and said the management has instructed them to help the customers that walk into the store first.....but she was RUDE and took her time just to upset me. Great cleaners because of their high standards. For example, when the manager noticed that my husband's shirts had not been folded, they were sent back to be redone, we were called and contacted by e-mail. This delay has only happened once. Gail, the manager is very personable and she is so kind because she always gives my two pooches a dog cookie. Our clothes always come back looking great, and with one exception the order has always been on time. We would not go anywhere else for our dry-cleaning! read more

took a jacket in to be cleaned. I asked for the price and was told it would be about $10. When I went in to pick it up a different employee (owner?) told me it was over $20. I explained what I had been quoted and she said "I tell them no to quote prices for this reason." She was "gracious" enough to charge me $15. Any employee should be able to accurately quote a price and customers should be able to know what they will be charged before using their service. She didn't seem to care in the slightest when I told her I was displeased and wouldn't be back, and I surely won't be back. read more
