I asked if he could put the other one back in. he said nope and walked out. but what made matters worse is when I called the office to tell the I guess owner what had happened and asked if I could be refunded my money that had been charged over the last 8 months with no monitoring. he proceeded to tell me it's my job to check every week to make sure my service is working.
