Appointments were easy to set up over the phone and communication was good afterward. The tinting job took a day longer than planned (two layers of old tint that didn't want to peel off) but the shop stood by the original quote! About a year ago, Scott's did an amazing job upgrading the stereo in our 2019 Jeep Wrangler sport (JLU). When we purchased the Jeep new, the 7" factory stereo seemed fine, but after owning for a few months we wanted "more." Enter Scott's. They recommended an Alpine upgrade and installed it quickly. The sound difference is night and day and makes the top down driving experience much more enjoyable. A few weeks ago, there was an issue with the stereo and I stopped by the shop to see what happened. Turned out the power button to the amp under the seat got pushed by mistake (apparently during cleaning) and turned off. Scott's quickly identified the issue and was able to send me on my way with no charge. Outstanding installation service and great support after the sale - who could ask for more? Not me.... These guys told me that they had tested my factory monsoon amp in my 2006 G6 gtp coupe and that my factory amp tested bad along with all my speakers then went on to say they could put in a new CD player and replace all speakers and rewire and bypass amp for $650. I couldn't afford that so I went to discount tint & audio in Louisville for a second opinion in two minutes they hooked one their speakers up to my factory amp and confirmed it was good and all I needed was speakers so I had them install a set of Kenwood's in the back. so for $195 I have my music back and that'sa big difference from $650. I will never go there again and I'm so glad I didn't pony up $650 for a bunch of stuff I didn't need. read more

They have been around for years, but just recently moved to an area I happen to pass a lot. I called Friday to get a car starter installed in my car since it's starting to be frosty in the mornings and they got me in the same day. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know and they were okay with it. I got there and it was done in a little less than an hour. The receptionist was helpful and the guy who helped me (I'm assuming he is Scott) was friendly and you could tell he knew his stuff. So far, so good. read more

Scott has put radios and keyless entry on two cars for us. The service was amazing-quick, friendly and mechanically perfect. When we had the oil changed on one of the cars and the oil change place somehow managed to mess up the radio, Scott stayed late to fix it, even though he had installed the radio four years earlier and it was no longer under warranty and most definitely not his fault. This place is mismanage by the wifey. She to interested chewing her gum and painting her nail to be of any help. I have been doing business with them for 5 years or so. I have sent numerous people there because I thought Scott was a great guy. I need a starter removed from my daughter car due to it draining her battery. I had purchased it 5 years ago and she said to me while painting her nail. I need the original receipt to take off for free. Well who in the hell keeps that kind of records. So I will not recommend them anymore and will take my car for window tinting somewhere else. Sorry about your luck wifey No more of my business or anyone else I know. read more
