From the very start of our experience, Jabber and Rosalee were helpful and collaborative in crafting a catering experience for our wedding that reflected the multi-cultural aspects as well as who we are as a couple. Through in-person meetings as well as over the phone, they made themselves available to us to implement adjustments to food choices as well as venue decorations we had to change in anticipation of the event. They perfectly captured what we needed working with the venue owner to best accommodate the uniqueness of the space we had our reception at. As for the food, it was exquisite and people kept telling us how it was the best food they have had at a wedding as well as the friendliness of the servers. A couple of my friends also commented how incredible the bartender was and how she accommodated drink requests that were not necessarily on the menu. Everyone was amazed with the experience that Komeeda provided and their focus on details made everyone feel right at home allowing everyone to have a great time from start to finish. Jabber even remembered when we casually asked him if he could save us some hors d'oeuvres from cocktail hour as we missed it to take pictures before arriving at the reception. Guests were also pleasantly surprised when they were offered take-home boxes or another plate of food when everyone was dancing. Jabber and Rosalee took our own identities and values into account when they were able to offer compostable, bamboo kitchenware, which interested our guests and created awareness of environmental sustainability. Jabber and Rosalee are great people and great collaborators for events and we are grateful for the opportunity to have met and worked with them.
