The Sandwich Time Special includes a panini with house made fresh mozzarella, pesto (nut free), tomato, and greens, a bag of chips, a chocolate chip cookie, and a drink. I think it's an amazing deal. The panini was enough for me to save half for the next day. The cookie was huge and honestly one of best cookies I've ever had. I'm usually picky with cookies since most tend to be too sweet for me, but this cookie was the perfect amount of sweetness. The spicy chips were good, but way too spicy for me. I would definitely get this meal again with a different bag of chips. The Chefs Choice Side of the day was a refreshing couscous salad.

That said, the owners would benefit from paying close attention to customer feedback. One major issue that makes this location less welcoming is the level of customer service. In particular, a staff member in the meat section (an uncle who wears glasses) has been consistently unfriendly and comes across as hostile toward customers. I'm not sure what the reason is, but interactions like this are a big reason I've chosen to return to Forum, another Asian supermarket in the area. Jmart truly excels in product selection but falls short in the customer service department. With better staff training and a stronger focus on customer experience, this store could easily become a standout. As it stands, I'll likely continue taking my business to places like Forum.
