I'm not sure what the reason is, but interactions like this are a big reason I've chosen to return to Forum, another Asian supermarket in the area. Jmart truly excels in product selection but falls short in the customer service department. With better staff training and a stronger focus on customer experience, this store could easily become a standout. As it stands, I'll likely continue taking my business to places like Forum.

While he was getting real food and pantry items, I perused the snack aisles and beer cases haha. While it's small in square footage, it makes the best out of the space so there's a wide variety of grocery products. I can't speak to the fish or butcher areas because we're a vegetarian household (he's vegetarian and I don't cook non-veg because of cross contamination concerns), but I thought that these sections looked good to me.
