My turkey sandwich was so fresh and delicious. The Zhug sauce (similar to pesto) was epic!

We had been to the one in Sewickley but wanted to try the one in 7 Fields which was way better. We loved it. The space and the people are very nice. It was perfect since my husband wanted lunch and my mom and I wanted lunch. My husband loved his eggs, bacon and toast. My mom loved her chicken sandwich and just raved about it. I loved my turkey sandwich. They put a Mediterranean sauce on it called Zhug which totally made it. It's like pesto but it also had a lemony flavor and made it taste so fresh. Mmmmm We also got some of their delicious looking pastries to take home. They have so many nice options. Can't wait to try them.

Mediterra is great for the most part. I have done all the major breakfast items and some coffee items. The breakfast sammie is just phenomenal in taste and I can't have enough of it. Shakshuka and Turkish eggs are also really good. And this is the only breakfasty and coffee place up in Cranberry where you can sit outside on a decent patio. Service is generally quite fast, but sometimes the coffee order gets lost/delayed, but they always do ask you if you're waiting on anything else. I'm so happy they came to Cranberry. They also have all sorts of cheeses, etc. for sale, which one day I'll hopefully get! So that's all the good stuff! With that said, there are some irritants. Just like the Mediterra in the city, they ask that you order your food first and not reserve tables. Well, if I order food and don't find a table... then what? I wish they would state the grand plan of what happens next. I won't arrange meetups at peak periods at Mediterra because they ask you not to grab tables. It's quite expensive as well... a coffee and a breakfast item runs more than I would like. Tables have little notes that ask you not to use your laptops on tables (and go to the little bar)... which wasn't enforced since I see people using laptops. They have wifi... which for some strange reason blocks Reddit (odd filtering software). The system to stand in line is a bit weird... two lines form there... one to the baked goods counter and one to the cash register, but they wind back together.... there's often line confusion going on. I always like to sign up for loyalty programs. Theirs is not really rewarding :-( I'd probably go more if I collected more points. In summary, so happy to have these folks here and food tastes amazing but not a fan of certain operational factors.

Really solid breakfast! Everything always tastes fresh with real ingredients. Service has always been patient and friendly, which is needed with all their options in the pastry case. The pumpkin pie croissant was pretty good, their almond croissant is my fav but they had just run out! The breakfast sandwich was huge and delicious! Iced lattes are good, and not very sweet if that's how you like it!

At this point, coming here is an addictive tendency of mine, but it's one I'm glad to have! The same kind people as always provide top-tier service. What a cozy place to start a snow day! This time I had the Turkish eggs, and wow! As soon as the plate was set down, I could smell the dill and herbs. The eggs were poached to perfection and the chili oil on the yogurt was an excellent combination. I've never had this before, and now I'm torn - I might have to order this and all the other delicious dishes I've had here!

Food is always top tier quality. The sauces are full of flavor, bread is soft and fresh and every baked good has you wanting more. Service is fast and accommodating. The aesthetic of any Mediterra Cafe is unreal. Always a pleasure to come.

Two thumbs up with a big grin. I am so grateful that Mediterra opened in Cranberry. You can not go wrong with anything here! The food is top-notch, super fresh, the coffee is delicious; the baked goods are out of this world, and the artisanal groceries are plentiful. The one compliant was that they do play their music very loud so it's not a quiet spot if you need to do some work.

Love the coffee and teas....as milk tea is done well. I've had a great Tuna Melt, but keep going back to the Cuban style pressed pork. Its flavors are mouth watering and the pork is shredded so it's easy to eat. AND Oh the pickles... I would like a quart to go please. It is a bit confusing for first time visitors, bakery and food orders together and then another line for coffee where you pay. Then if it's crowded, you have no seat because you can't sit before you order. That being said, I love Mediterra.

I stopped by here a couple of Sundays ago with my wife and twins for our morning coffee. Every Sunday we try to hit up a new coffee shop and on this morning it just happened to be Mediterra's turn. While we have been to many of the Mediterra locations before, this was our first trip to this Seven Fields location. This location is in a strip mall just off 228. It has both indoor seating and a patio area where I think you can sit as well. Besides the seating on the inside they have an area where their pastries and bread are displayed and like all of the other locations, a small dry goods area. For my coffee on this morning I ended up choosing one of their specials, a large orange latte hot while my wife went with a smaller version of the same. Then each of my kids ended up picking a cake pop while I went with the coconut and lime cruffin and my wife chose a ham and cheese croissant. Within a couple of minutes of ordering we had both our food and our drinks and headed out to the car. I first tried my cruffin and boy was it massive! I loved the flaky layers of puff pastry and enjoyed both the coconut on the top and the lime curd in the middle. My only complaint was that due to its size, I never did get both the lime and the coconut all in one bite which was shame as I am sure it would have tasted good. Still though, you could do a whole lot worse than having half a crufiin with their lime curd and another half with their coconut topping. After eating my cruffin I was able to taste my latte and thought that it was pretty good. There was orange flavor which is not always easy to do and a nice ratio of milk to coffee where you could still taste the coffee. My wife ended up enjoying her croissant and coffee here while both of my kids devoured their cake pops. The bottom line for me is that I would definitely head back here again in the future. My whole family loves Mediterra and we are happy that they now have a Seven Fields location.

Food was incredible! We went with a big group after hot yoga and were able to get a big table luckily.

I don't know how this location seems to make the cookies that much better, but this was a conversion experience haha For starters, I can't say how exciting it was to find out they were open until 11 on a Friday :D We were driving up from DC for the Pierogi festival in October and it is a bit of a culture shock how early things close. Ex. needed coffee for a boost to finish the long drive; Starbucks is long closed by that point, made the mistake thinking Mc Donalds at home have a number of 24 hour locations, but the one next to this Crumbl closes at 10; so we were ecstatic to find Crumbl still open! There wasn't a rush at 10:30 by any means, but there were a couple orders. My order was ready super quickly, and they were the best chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt I've ever had! I had resigned myself to that flavor because regular chocolate chip (my usual preference in cookie types) wasn't an option. I seriously, usually don't enjoy chocolate chunk cookies. These were the perfect amount of soft/gooey but completely baked, with just a kiss of salt. I mean we drove another 45 min to our air bnb after crumbl, and they were still perfect with no extra effort or heating on our part. I'm afraid they set the bar too high for me and I'll be let down at other locations again in the future haha But this one I solidly recommend! :D

Other menu items included salads, sandwiches, sides, some desserts, and beverages. An employee promptly and kindly greeted me and took my order. I purchased a Pennsylvania-Dutch streusel and a peach crumb cake. Each cost several dollars. The employee correctly processed my payment and sincerely thanked me. At home, my husband and I ate this streusel and cake. We thought that they were very fresh and tasted good. We had expected the peach crumb cake to contain more peaches, but at least it was not soggy.

When I walked up to the store, a sign on the door said that the store was "closed." However, I assumed that an employee simply forgot to turn the sign around, so I opened and entered the door. The employee greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. The store was small but contained many unique flavors of breads.
