I had a…read moreprescription faxed in and I called ahead with my info so that I would be able to just pick it up and go. The clerk who ended up "helping" me didn't seem very eager but found my order and went to get my box of items. She started to process the sale. I mentioned that it should be paid for as I gave the information when I called in and asked them to process it then. Without asking anyone, my clerk was sure she was right and just prompted me to put my card in the machine. I asked if I was billed twice if I could just phone them and they would remedy the situation and it was only then that she asked the employee who took my call if he had processed my order. Apparently the young man I had been talking to "didn't have time". The manager who had overheard all of this attempted to make a joke that it didn't matter since I would just be giving them twice the money to help them stay open. I didn't find it funny. Since this is the store my doctor insists on sending my prescription to, this will be the last time I am going in there to pick up my orders. They can deliver it to my home.

All the staff behind the counter are courteous and efficient. If they don't have your prescription, they will call you as soon as it's delivered to pick it up. I found the process extremely efficient. In terms of the rest of the store, they have milk, soft drinks, bread, frozen food, eggs, etc. The beauty section doesn't have as many brands as those with a specific make up area (ie: no Benefit, Lancome, etc.) but they do have all the drug store brands (Maybelline, Vichi, Covergirl, and so on). The pharmacy definitely stands out the most for me in this store, but for baking needs and odds and ends, this Shoppers has it all. You can also pay for prescriptions by credit card which I was pleased to hear.

I can buy almost anything in here but not everything. . When it comes to beauty products they don't have it all. .I mean they have the brands that all SDM's carry but they do not have all the stock. The staff are always nice and courteous. I have been to other SDM. .. but not all of them are nice.. Some wouldn't even know their products. This branch is one of my favorite. :) KEEP IT UP!!
