It's located in a plaza with a No Frills. There was plenty of parking. I backed into a spot and walked over to the store. It's clean and spacious. Its layout is similar to fairly modern SDM stores. There was a lonely Squishmallows hanging out with Ty plushies. It was a nice find, but I wish that there were more Squishmallows! This store had a good selection of Grogu items. It made me happy. I ended up getting some Diet Coke, ibuprofen, a bottle of roasted peanuts, and a small bottle of Crystal Pepsi. The last item wasn't on my radar. It occurred to me that I've never had it before, likely because it's supposed to taste like regular Pepsi and I know what that tastes like. I got it to say that I've had it! I went through the self-checkout. It was straightforward and easy. I had my PC Optimum barcode scanned from my phone and paid with a debit card. The transaction completed without a hitch. I didn't bother getting a plastic bag. I carried my items to my car and fetched a reusable bag from my car's trunk. I liked visiting this SDM. If I'm in the area again, I'd drop by. The hand cream that she was using wasn't healing a thing. I found one brand that seemed promising while doing some research online. The site said that it was available at this particular Shoppers Drug Mart. The store was conveniently on my way home from work. Then again, I cut across most of the GTA, so I pass by a ton of stores! This store is in a plaza. There seemed to be a Food Basics or some green-painted grocery store that has closed down. Shoppers Drug Mart is in the corner further down. The parking area can be a bit chaotic. It's an older plaza and the lanes are more narrow than what I'm used to in suburbia. This store has been here for a while. It has everything that you'd expect it to have, including a grocery aisle. I walked every aisle and could not find the hand cream that I was looking for, which was disappointing. However, there was a Gold Bond one that was on sale. It has been approved by the Canadian Diabetes Society. It has proven results. It was also on sale. I bought it! I dropped the cream off at my parents' place. My mom said that she would try the hand cream out immediately. This morning, I spoke to my mom. She said that three hours later, she noticed a huge difference. She no longer has cracked hands. Nice! She asked me whether she could pay me back. Hearing her say that this product works is all that I wanted. The lone cashier at this store was friendly and made sure that each customer was okay. She helped out a senior ahead of me. I liked the care that she showed and the help that she gave. I'd come back here again when I'm in the area. (157)

The pharmacist however seems like a complete scatterbrained waste. You can hand her a prescription for 10 tabs of an antibiotic and she will react like you handed her a ransom note! I think there is something wrong with that woman? The good things. They almost always have every drug in stock. They are quick to call your doctor if you don't have a refill. The iphone app to repeat prescriptions works (for the most part). There is free parking. A lot of stock of non prescription things, groceries, nicknacks to help you kill time while you wait for them to prepare your meds.

And some samples because I was taking a chance on a new product. We then discovered that I have been carrying around someone else's optimum card for months (sorry Chris whoever you are-they just have gotten swapped. You're welcome for the crazy amounts of points), she called head office and got me a new card and fought for me to get the 20x the points offer, when they weren't going to give it to me because it looked on my account like I was a new customer. She was on the phone for about fifteen minutes with them after I told her not to worry about it. "You've given so much of your time, we need to get this for you." She really went to bat for me, and I know that may sound silly, but she literally saved me $50. My bill went from $95 to $45. Kathleen and the other ladies of the cosmetic section were so lovely. I love equal distance between two Shoppers, and I'm definitely going to stick to going to that one from here on out. Thank you Kathleen!
