Marco is the most unprofessional person hiding behind some kind of cushion of good reviews that…read moreshouldn't really exist from anyone that actually knows him. I have a lawyer on retainer. And I have many claims against this company. They sold me a faulty vehicle with a faulty battery. I purchased a brand new Toyota Sienna and I went through absolute hell. It took a Toyota dealership to finally disable a few unnecessary components that were overwhelming my hybrid battery, because Universal Motion was not capable of handling this themselves. I had been stranded so many times in my vehicle, one time even under a four story parking garage. I incurred countless expenses and towing and in uber. And then unfortunately in Toronto finding a fast taxi or Uber when you are in a wheelchair trying to get away from being stranded is not an easy task. When you bring these things up to Marco he will deflect the blame onto you. He will tell you absurd things like commenting on dinners you go to, or commenting on trips you go to etc. etc. and then he threatens to post photos about how dirty my van was when I brought it in for repair again and again and again as a way to shame you for speaking out about the atrocities that Universal Motion operates under. He will literally threaten you if you dare say you will review them for the situation they sold you. Things that have nothing to do with the van not working In the first place. Extremely unprofessional. They seem to provide vehicles for disabled people with smiles on their website, but the truth is far more sinister. Marco plays a dirty game of deflecting blame when it really has nothing to do with the matter at hand. He will sell you faulty vehicles with a faulty battery and I've heard this also from my Hand Control Driving instructor. Universal Motion has been selling faulty batteries for years and deflecting the blame for years. They owe me a lot of money in incurring expenses and I will be collecting that. The best thing I ever did for my vehicle that I purchased from Universal Motion , was getting away from Universal Motion and dealing with the Toyota dealership directly and another VMI specialist. Universal Motion was constantly trying to upsell me on additional products that you don't need in order to maintain the battery which is faulty to begin with or Marco will blame you directly for not executing proper methods of maintaining the van, even though you were never shown anything and you operated just like you were operate any other vehicle you've ever driven in your entire life. Universal Motion and Marco really are bad in terms of what they do. With my vehicle purchase and financing interest I am on the hook for $130,000. Marco has had no respect for that and had the audacity to talk to me like I am beneath them. My heart goes out to him, he's disabled and so are many of his customers..... but in no way shape or form does that make this man a good person. Not even close! I would also be launching a website detailing my issues with Universal Motion in far more detail.
