But on the actual day, we ran into some issues. Multiple guests and a few of our groomsmen told us that Harris came off as rude and curt during their interactions. I also witnessed a moment myself where he snapped at my sister in front of others; it was uncalled for. The second staff person on-site (Kris) was quiet and professional, no complaints there. But Harris's presence didn't match the warm, celebratory tone we wanted for the day. It's tough picking new vendors for your big day. To be frank, if a close friend asked me for a photobooth recommendation, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them. Their product is good, but the guest experience is arguably the more important, especially on your wedding day.
