I appreciate the dollar a minute but let me tell you she had no experience. Very disappointed. Save your money. Will never return, this is a one and done place. Again, never again, it sucks balls.

We are a referrals based society. When in doubt, we look to the opinions of our friends, colleagues…read moreand loved ones to help us make decisions, be it restaurants, services, or in this case, a doctor. So, when I was involved in a major motor vehicle accident and was looking for a practitioner to help me manage my pain, I didn't hesitate to trust the friends who recommended Dr. Gene. And I'm beyond grateful that I did. Dr. Gene goes way beyond being just a Chiropractor. Truthfully, I've always been a little leery of Chiropractors, given the stigma. But, Dr. Gene has simply been in the business of pain management from the moment I arrived. (In fact, it took several sessions before he even suggested an adjustment, because we were focusing on other methods to treat my acute pain). He patiently listens, considers your needs, and accommodates every visit, based on your pain that day. His bedside manner is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. You are truly a person and not a number here. And his care goes beyond the doors of his office. I don't know many doctors who would, in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, take from their own supply of Isopropyl Alcohol, and gift their patients with a spray bottle full, on their way out the door. (Hand sanitizer too) Dr. Gene did. Two great referrals brought me to Kinetx, and I hope through this one, I'll have the opportunity to pay it forward.

I was scheduled for a major spine surgery on Feb. 4, 2026. L4-L5 Lumbar Post Fusion. Just 38 hours before I was scheduled to be there, the insurance company denied my surgery. You can imagine my devastation. Enter Dr. Gene and Kinetx !! I had never been to a Chiropractor or physical therapy. I didn't know what to expect. I had electro therapy, massage therapy, manual manipulation, physical exercise, and most importantly, Dr. Gene and his unbelievable knowledge of the body and how it works. I hobbled in with a cane my first visit, and just reported back to work yesterday full time with no restrictions. Oh, Dr. Gene. You are the man !! Thank you.

A very relaxing experience…read more With an abundant supply of arthritic and other complaints, I went to A Balanced Life Massage today seeking some relief. I also have had numerous surgeries after a dissolute life with HS and college athletics and, to be frank, I was hurting. After an hour, I left feeling drained and a bit like one of what I call "puddle" puppies who look so relaxed as to have been poured into a melting heap. I was fixing my thoughts on a nap before dinner. After awaking, I felt that familiar warmth and relaxation that one frequently gets from a good massage, in the hands of a practiced professional. The facility was inviting and clean and the whole experience was very rewarding and satisfying. I would rate the overall experience as being one of the top five massages that I have received in about six different countries. I would grade the experience with a B+/A- and it was very well worth the cost which, in this case, involved a Groupon.
