On numerous occasions, I have waited over an hour after being told that it would only take them 5 to 10 minutes. Often times they have 4 techs, and each of them are overheard talking about very personal matters while other people wait. Several of the techs are outright rude to customers. There never seems to be a pharmacy manager present, and the pharmacist, though friendly, is clearly overworked and in over their head babysitting the rest of the staff. It is no wonder that CVS just announced the closure of 900 stores. This will no doubt be one of those closures if they don't do a major overhaul soon.
