The Worst Car-Buying Experiences I have ever had I bought a…read more2013 BMW Convertible here and within a week (and under 100 miles), the check engine light came on and the car died. I had to pay to tow it back myself, only to be told by the dealership that they "reset the code" and the car was "fine." Of course, the same issue happened again a week later. I took it to BMW, where they replaced 8 solenoids, 8 plugs, and 4 injectors. On top of that? * The convertible top stopped working * The alarm randomly goes off and won't stop * You can't even lock the car And the dealership? Totally unhelpful. They wouldn't take responsibility at all. Terrible business practices. I would never buy from them again, and I'd advise others to stay far away.

I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy! He is the most shady man I have ever meet in my…read morelife! He ripped me off for over 20 grand!!! I bought a f350 diesel from him and when I say as soon as I bought it I had to dump thousands of dollars into it because it had so many issues and he knew it. I tried to tell the finance company and so they had me take it back to him to have his mechanic check it out and he swore to them it was fine and was not leaking oil. Not knowing I had already had 3 different mechanics look at it and it needed a oil cooler, EGR, the 4x4 was messed up the valve cover bolt were stripped so he had his mechanic stick pieces of metal inside the bolt holes so the bolts would tighten and even left one out of it cause they couldn't get to it but swore to the finance company truck was in great shape!!! But the lady at the finance company offered to give me a no I trest loan to get my truck fixed? Why would you offer that if you believed nothing was truly wrong with it? So the day I supposed to get the loan they come out of nowhere and all of a sudden it's not a no interest loan it's a 29% interest loan!!!! And mite I add it's for several thousand dollars because of everything that is wrong with the truck!! He did a great job hiding it all though I will give him that!!! Please people beware If sharing what I went threw with this low life will help save someone else from making the mistake I have it's worth the time to post the review!!! Please I beg you do make the same mistake don't give this man your hard earned money look into him and his business before you buy anything from him and have your own mechanic look at the vehicle NOT HIS!!!!

The entire process was incredibly straightforward. That said I knew what I wanted going in and didn't have to browse or anything. Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment. EDIT: Had to follow up a few times about various questions I had. Answering staff were VERY nice and attentive and Dylan didn't seem to mind my questions at all and invited more if needed. Love the fact they don't just dump you once the keys are handed over. You're cared for afterwards.
