Recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 3500HD which had been previously damaged. The damage was to…read morethe rear tailgate of the truck which had a significant dent. Before taking the truck on a test ride with my salesman Gary Bowman I noticed someone had put the tailgate down. After making the purchase and leaving the dealership I noticed the damage. I immediately called the dealership and was told to bring the truck back. They said because it was a Saturday there was nothing they could do until Monday. Monday I returned to the dealership and met with my salesman Gary Bowman. He told me he was not aware of anything but would speak to his manager. I suggested they review security camera footage and may see where the truck was actually damaged before I took possession. Tuesday I received a call by the sales manager Devin Arnold who informed me the truck was in fact damaged and sold to me that way. He continued to say there was nothing they were going to do in order to make any repairs. I had to accept the truck was sold as is. Everybody was aware of the damage but me. Shame on me for not seeing it but shame on them for not telling me and shame on them for going out of their way to hide it. Very deceitful and shady.

Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment. EDIT: Had to follow up a few times about various questions I had. Answering staff were VERY nice and attentive and Dylan didn't seem to mind my questions at all and invited more if needed. Love the fact they don't just dump you once the keys are handed over. You're cared for afterwards.

Rich Greenstein was our sales associate and was the absolute best!! My husband has stage 4 colon cancer and has had a stroke and I recently had archiles rupture repair and a tendon transfer from my big toe to my calf- so he was working with two disabled customers. He showed us the two cars we came to see and then offered an additional one he thought we would like. All three were great choices! We actually had a hard time selecting. Rich was patient and not one of those high pressure sales men who push you toward the higher car. While we were out test driving one he had printed out the differences between the cars so we could see them on paper! We were there late and I'm sure he was ready to leave however he didn't seem rushed or pushy! While we were still undecided he said take your time this is a BIG decision. When I'm ready to buy another car I will drive back to North Strand Nissan and buy from Rich, he definitely was the best I've ever encountered.

It was a very frustrating situation, and my vehicle spent 54 days in the shop. To their credit, Bell & Bell went above and beyond to advocate for me and ultimately got the engine replaced. I picked up my car today and everything is running smoothly again. While the experience was stressful, I appreciate the dealership for standing behind their customers and making sure the issue was resolved.

After the service, the owner of the shop stood with me and my partner in front of my vehicle and showed me all of the different components within my engine, found an issue with my oil and taught me how to keep it at bay until we could get it fixed, and really explained everything in detail with patience. The price was not bad at all! He also mentioned how my car wasn't supposed to sound a certain way when starting and with our permission, fixed it. I had no clue my car could sound like that! If you're looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, this is the one! CARS is where I will be taking my car from now on

The Worst Car-Buying Experiences I have ever had I bought a…read more2013 BMW Convertible here and within a week (and under 100 miles), the check engine light came on and the car died. I had to pay to tow it back myself, only to be told by the dealership that they "reset the code" and the car was "fine." Of course, the same issue happened again a week later. I took it to BMW, where they replaced 8 solenoids, 8 plugs, and 4 injectors. On top of that? * The convertible top stopped working * The alarm randomly goes off and won't stop * You can't even lock the car And the dealership? Totally unhelpful. They wouldn't take responsibility at all. Terrible business practices. I would never buy from them again, and I'd advise others to stay far away.
