We were actually pleasantly surprised at the large menu they still had, which many times is not the case with food trucks. As always, the staff was super friendly and the food was just wonderful. The brisket was properly prepared and we loved our lunch. As long as the truck is there we will be eating their food on every visit (which will now be much more frequent). What hasn't changed? The quality of their drinks! Bandera continues to be consistent in delivering a wonderful experience from their friendly baristas to their quality drinks. The seating area is cozy and this most recent time they had a DJ to add some life to the vibe. The matcha latte and pour over were both fantastic and is a great place to stop by if you're heading back north out of the valley or if you're just in the area. Parking and seating are pretty fair given its size, and Bandera sets a vibe where you can work, catch up with a friend, or just simply enjoy a great cup of caffeine to elevate your day.
