They have an extensive selection of different steak cuts and grades. They also have pork, sausages, carpaccios of meat and seafood, veal, and more. The process to order is very easy, especially if you live in South Florida. Simply make your order on their website and choose delivery or pickup options. The item details are well explained and photos are available making it even easier to order. They also have other items including wine, ice cream, cheeses, seafood items, and sauces available. You can make a nice dinner with just one stop. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Delivery process is also very effective. They packed everything very nice and safe by including ice packs inside an insulated bag. I believe the bag is reusable so that's a cool souvenir from the guys at Meat N' Bone. They also have a rewards program in which you collect points from every order and can redeem for discounts later. The quality of the meats are superb and the convenience of ordering online and have it delivered to your house is priceless. Labor Day weekend, 2022, hosting 50 people, five courses. Of course I had the basics, steak, pork shoulder, specialty blend sliders, chicken skewers, maybe a vegetable - but I'm finding our level of "foody-ness" as a society has set a new bar. So where do we go next? To the internet... of course I think my butcher can get anything, and the restaurant supply warehouse has good provisions... but a simple web search landed me on meatnbone dot com. And I'm glad it did. The site had that 'je ne sais quoi' that I wasn't finding elsewhere. So I tried them out. Started with a simple Wagyu beef rib. The ordering process was cake, and what arrived looked great, cryo-packed - score. A day and a half of dry rub and several hours of low and slow in the smoker later yielded perfection. These became the talk of the party and I wish I had more. Looking forward to trying their butcher box monthly service. I just want to know more about what they offer. I came to try the place as I live nearby and was looking for a good meat place. I have now ordered the bowls twice for pick up and have been very good. The meat was tender, the flavor was tasty and cooked to the term I ordered. The bowls come with rice or quinoa and greens. I gladly see they also include avocado slices! We visited the Wagyu Bar a few weeks ago and felt in love with a few diches so I decided to drive down 30 min to pick up a few sides to eat later at home. When I asked the young lady at the register for a Benton's Bacon Mac & Cheese and Steakhouse Creamy Spinach to go she seemed a bit confused and told me that that was at the restaurant not in here. Then someone overheard the conversation and said that yes, they could place that order and I can take it home... So I also wanted a pint of the most incredible Ice-cream in the planet, The Highland Truffle Ice Cream | Infused with Single Malt Scotch, sadly they were sold out... So I change to a different one base on her suggestions, but I had already try 3 different ones before and none of them came close to the one I wanted. I placed the order for the 3 items and was told to wait 20-30min which was odd since the website said they sell those sides frozen to be bake at home, I pushed her on that and she said they don't sell them frozen. Then when I finally got home and prepared my meal I realized that the Benton's Bacon Mac & Cheese was not near to the quality it had the time before when eating at the restaurant, the Steakhouse Creamy Spinach was okay and the alternative Ice cream was good but not great. Hi quality steaks and seafood! You must try the a5 Miyazaki wagyu filet mignon, it's not like the typical filet you're used to it's got a ton of marbling and it literally melts in your mouth, way better than any steak I've ever had at any steakhouse, and trust me I've tried them all! Fire up that cast iron and cook for two minutes on each side until internal temp is 120 then let it sit for at least 5 min. Don't be deterred by the price, the filet mignon I'm referring to is $140! It seems expensive because it is but as soon as you try it you'll know it's a great deal and you won't regret it! I've tried them once for the seafood but the steak is the main thing to get from here. One thing that is annoying is sometimes you'll place an order to find out later by a phone call that they're out of stock so just keep that in mind, the website doesn't always reflect what they have. My experience, Never buy baby back ribs, they rip you off, listed as 1.5 - 2.5 pounds, you get a 1.2 pounds and they don.t care! Paper thin ribs for your dog at $38 per pound. You can find similar great cuts of popular steaks (e.g., grass fed, USDA prime) at Wholefoods, Milams and Fresh Market, which are cheaper. Had a problem with delivery package. The styrofoam box had cracked during delivery and so the dry ice didn't keep it frozen or below 40 degrees. I sent them pics and told them i threw away all the meats because i did not trust the temps of the meat. They gave me $.01 cent credit. Not very good service on their part. I've ordered from this local butcher about 3-4 times already, and I am super satisfied every time. They have my favorite cut of steak, the hangar steak, to new cuts i've never tried before like Denver steak, spider steak, and more. Their flat iron is also of great quality. The steaks either come to you either recently packaged and refrigerated or previously flash frozen within the past 2 weeks. The steaks have always thawed well, cooked well, and even if the color turned a bit grey outside because of myoglobin, the steaks were fresh on the inside, and cooked well. They sell other wild game meats for me to try as well, and while some were not my favorite, the meats were always fresh. I'm happy to have found a local butcher that also delivers to miami are for free, and their pricing is unbeatable. Try buying a ribeye or filet at trader joes, whole foods, or publix, and you get more expensive and less quality. Those places dont ever have the special cuts i want either. So i'm a happy customer! I'm not one to shy away from a trip to the grocery store, but Publix doesn't always have the greatest selection of meats. This is so much better! Meat N' Bone makes it easy to order online and you can get free delivery (two hour delivery is even available) or you can pickup in the store. There is also nationwide shipping, but thankfully, we don't have to worry about that. We almost always get the picanha and from there, add on other cuts of beef like stripsteak, and some sausages, too. The really have EVERYTHING you may want from pork and elk, to duck and chicken... All different cuts. They also have items to round out your meal like beer, wine, charcuterie, cheese, and special spices and salts. Our orders are always prepared on time. There have been a couple of instances when they haven't had what we asked for in stock and it's either easy to make a substitution or just get a refund. I should have set the money on fire; I would have had more satisfaction watching the money burn than this inferior rancid piece of meat gave me and my family... The Picanha arrived on Thursday, June 17, 2021 in a sealed box. Inside the box was a sealed with tape Styrofoam container (lid to container), warm to the touch. I removed the tape and inside was the Picanha completely thawed with (2) small thawed gel packs leaking onto the vacuum sealed Picanha. These small gel packs are the type one would use for a short-term application like a bruise or similar application; they are not, or were not 'dry ice'. Mean N' Bone states on their web page "ships in a cooler with dry ice". Gel packs of this type are not 'dry ice' and will not keep anything cold or cool for long. The temperature of the Picanha was 49.4 °F on arrival. Had I known Meat N' Bone would ship without dry ice I would never have ordered from them. It is my extreme hope someone reads this review and maybe they will not become a victim to such false advertising and waste their money on such an inferior product. I removed the thawed sealed Picanha from the cooler and washed the leaking gel substance from the sealed packaging the best I could under cold water and placed the Picanha in the refrigerator still in the vacuum sealed packaging. On Saturday, June 19, 2021 I made the Picanha via grilling and the meat was inedible. The meat had an off-putting smell and tasted rancid or spoiled; the meat was thrown away, uneaten... My best advice is to stay away from Meat N' Bone as they do not even know what 'dry ice' is, so can you trust them with cuts of meats. read more

Ordered from this place twice and will never ever do it again. First of all, everything arrives frozen to the point where you need to defrost it 24-48h. What's the point in selling a sashimi grade fish if no one can defrost it properly home, so it's going to taste awful once thawed in the fridge??? Why on earth your air chilled chicken arrives frozen? One can say "it's Miami we gotta freeze protein in order to deliver it". Well, Whole Foods and Amazon fresh figured it out and deliver air chilled food air chilled! So should you be able to figure it out to. And cherry on the top, the belly of ora salmon in vacuum seal tastes/smells like an old fridge. Could not stomach it even covered with 1 Oz of goma oil and soy sauce. So you keep it in an old smelly freezer and vacuum it once it's ordered? Yuck! Whole Foods offers way better protein. Don't waste your time ordering it here. read more
