Disco Forklift Truck - Who cannot love a beer with a name like that!
    Trevor W.

Great steak place that has that pub vibe and a great selection of beer and cocktails! I was by myself so despite the place being full I managed to get a seat at the bar. Kaylee is an incredible bartender (and manager I suspect as every employee was coming up to her throughout the night for a plethora of questions) who had great food and drink suggestions while being a veritable whirlwind of activity from cleaning, serving, making drinks, and helping everyone out. I was alone at the bar so between my food and drinks people watching was the entertainment for the evening. Highly recommend Meat as every dish coming out of the kitchen and being carried by looked and smelled delicious! If I am ever back in Glasgow, Meat is going to embrace a must place to dine!

    Meet Meat Bar!
    Rocco G.

Rabbie Burns famously wrote, ""Some hae meat and canna eat, And some wad eat that want it, But we hae meat and we can eat, And sae the Lord be thankit." This poem applies to Meat Bar, not because the bar is decorated in tartan and Scottish paraphernalia, but because they have meat, tonnes of the stuff, we wanted it, but we couldnae hae it, and so we waited and waited and waited, and eventually did, thankit! Meat Bar is recently opened. Its owned by the same folks as the Palamino aka the Bath Street Pony. These guys know bars. They know good grub and good food, so the signs were all very good. Unfortunately on the day we chose to visit it was evident they were having some 'teething problems'. Although not hellishly busy the layout isn't the best and there are very few tables, which meant we had to wait to be seated. We were told around 30 to 45 minutes, a doo-able wait I thought. Wrong! Half an hour turned into and hour and then an hour and a half. Oooft! I was close to nibbling off my fingers and pretending they were spare ribs. During this time we were just kinda left in a corner with no one asking if we wanting more drinks and no one coming over to tell us how long the wait might be. What also irked me was there were tables of 2 occupying booths when they could have been seated at smaller tables. This meant our larger group could not be seated, so frustrating. Its simple management really, they should have asked if these people minded moving to a smaller table, to allow us in, right? Or just too sensible?? So, during our long wait I had plenty of time to read over the menu and admire the interior. Of special note is the funky kitchen located right behind the bar. What I though was a mirrored wall behind the bottles was infact were all the grub was being prepared, very smart. There are also animal skulls, so veggies beware, this is your worst nightmare. Anyhoo after eventually being sat down we were promptly asked for our drinks and food order. I went for the Girnder Burger, a beef and pork patty with chorizo and manchego cheese. It sounded incredible, but it tasted, well, sorry to say, a bit bland. I couldn't believe it, I was sad :( The cheese was almost invisible, the patty dry and overdone. I don't know what happened. I did however try my friends food and it was all delicious, from the melt in the mouth beef ribs to the smoky and juicy pulled pork. So, perhaps a bad night at the office for Meat? After all its only just recently opened. The staff, menu, chefs are all new and in an unfamiliar location and kitchen. But, based on our length of wait, the fact we were largely ignored for an hour and a half and the fact that couples were sat occupying large tables, I just can't say it was an overall good experience. I have no doubt this place will do well and I'm looking forward to trying the promising food in the next month or so when the dust has settled. Therefore, in the words of Arnie, "I'll be back".

I'd been meaning to visit here for some time and finally made it along for lunch with Martyn on Friday. There was a slight mix up meaning I was an hour early. Thankfully there was a really kind waiter told me that was fine and noted they needed the table back at 2.30. Ok. As time ticked on, he suggested I move to another table which was good as that table didn't need to be back by a certain time. I was a little disappointed when I had a proper look at the menu. Nearly every dish is served with bread of some sort - whether it be a slider, sandwich or burger. Out of the main dishes only 4 of them aren't a bread-orientated dish. I guess that I expected it to be more paleo than that due to the name (I'm not paleo but I am trying to avoid bread on a gluten free thing). Anyway, I decided to get a few different dishes - beef brisket, mash with marrow gravy as well as deep fried pickles with blue cheese dip. I felt like the food took a little while to arrive but I was totally starving so I'm not sure that actually was the case. The brisket looked impressive but for me, it didn't deliver in the taste department. It was just a bit on the bland side and possibly needed more seasoning. I was a lot more impressed with the sides. While the mash could have been warmer, it was really smooth and delicious and the bone marrow gravy was rich and tasty. The real stand out though was the deep fried pickles. WOWSERS. This dish was amazing. Big slides of pickles sliced lengthways in half, deep fried and then with a thick blue cheese sauce. I loved it. The prices were pretty reasonable, all up my meal would have been around £15 for a main and two sides. But I just didn't enjoy my visit here that much. While there was one pretty friendly waiter (referred to above) the other one came across as a little hostile. The beef brisket was pretty uninspiring so I left most of it and instead just ate the sides. There wasn't much else on the menu that really took my fancy and I'm a pretty big meat lover. I'll probably come back but I won't rush.

Beef Shin Croquettes at Meat Bar
    Amy G.

I've been to Meat Bar a few times and never really been disappointed, it's been so long and their menu has changed a few times, I felt it was due to re-visit! We had booked a table but when we arrived it wasn't quite ready yet, so we sat and ordered a drink at the bar. I treated myself to a 'French 142' - a prosecco, lemon juice and gin cocktail which was very refreshing! By the time my drink was made, our table was ready to we got seated and looked over the menus. The décor in Meat Bar is one of my favourites in the city centre. Hard wood floors and bar, brown leather seats and stools give the restaurant an American, slightly rustic, western feel, which matches the mixture of blues and country that gets played quietly. The place has a great ambience and the smell coming from the in-house smoker is seriously hunger inducing. We decided to start off by sharing a couple of starters - Crispy Pigs Cheeks and Beef Shin Croquettes. I have to be honest, when the pigs cheeks arrived, they didn't look particularly appetising, but they tasted fantastic. The texture was similar to pulled pork, but a little firmer, and had bags of flavour, I was very reluctant to share it with Sam. The beef shin croquettes were tasty but I felt they needed a little bit of salt. For my main, after deliberating over about four different dishes I settled on the Pork Belly Ribs with quince & chilli glaze. I must have not been paying attention as I missed the 'belly' part and thought I was getting a wrack, so when the huge pork belly slices were sat in front of me I was a little taken aback, but I love pork belly, so I got stuck in! The meat was really tender and had great flavour, but the star here was the glaze. The quince gave sweetness to balance out the chilli to make a perfectly heated, sticky glaze that I coated every bit of meat in. I'm glad I opted for that instead of BBQ sauce. Sam had ordered the 'Meat Dog' - a hot dog topped with pulled pork and crispy battered jalapeños. I tried some of the pulled pork and immediately wished I had ordered it as my main because it was so smokey, tender and juicy. Sam claimed the star was the crispy battered jalapeños, but I'm not a fan of jalapeños so I can't comment on that! To go along with our mains we ordered a portion of the Truffle and Parsley fries which, like always, were awesome. They have just the right amount of truffle so it isn't over powering, crisp on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. The only downside was that we had quite a long wait for our mains. This wasn't a big deal as neither of us were starving, more simply that we got more and more jealous as we watched everyone else's food go by us! On the plus side, the staff were very friendly, chatty and apologised for our delay. For dessert, we decided to share their cheesecake of the day, which was Chocolate, Cherry & Almond. The cheesecake was topped with chopped cherries, while the chocolate sat just above the biscuit base, meaning you got a lovely hit of solid chocolate in every bite. There was a bit of a fight over the last piece - and Sam doesn't even like cherries! The meal came to a pretty reasonable £59, considering that covered 2 courses each, 3 drinks each and a dessert. The quality of the food is so high that the prices seem quite reasonable for what you get, plus your bill gets brought to you in adorable mini frying pans that I'd love to get my hands on!

In recent times there has been a number of American styled burger and barbecue joints popping up all over Glasgow, influenced by shows such as Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives and Man vs Food. The latest incarnation is 'Meat Bar' based on West Regent Street. On approach it has a very New York feel to it, with un-rendered walls and neon signage. This theme continues inside with leather clad booths, exposed brickwork, low lighting and tiled walls behind the bar. This give the place a very classy but laid back atmosphere, the music selection was also fitting to create the perfect ambience. This was my second visit to 'Meat Bar' after being a little disappointed on the first occasion I decided time to give it a second chance. Upon entering Me and my good lady were greeted by the friendly staff who quickly led us to our reserved table. One of 'Meat Bar's' unique features is their meat infused cocktails, which include a Meat-Mojito. Having had one on my last visit I opted against it this time and instead choose from the classic cocktail list, selecting the Zacapa Daiquiri for me and the Vanilla & Peach Bellini for Gill. Both were delicious, I particularly liked the subtle smokey flavour of the 'tobacco infused' Daiquiri. As we sipped our cocktails, we scanned the menu, which includes plenty of choice, from sliders, to ribs, to wings and of course the good old burger. We both decided on the wings to start with the BBQ glaze (you can also have with hot sauce). The food was delivered quickly and didn't disappoint. We were presented with 3 plump and juicy wings, which had been marinaded with a dry rub, smoked and finally finished with a barbecue glaze. This gave them a sweet, smokey flavor with a nice kick of heat at the end, absolutely delicious! We were courteously asked if we would like a break before our main, which we graciously accepted. The wings my have been few in numbers but were surprisingly filling. When ready we gave our waiter a nod and within 5 minutes our main courses arrived - Marinated Short-Rib Beef with Bourbon Glaze for the lady and The 'Grinder' burger for moi. We also selected a few sides, Triple Cooked Fries with Cheese, Triple Cooked Fries with Parsley and Truffle Oil and Crispy Dry Rub Onion Rings. The ribs were moist and tender and came off the bone. Although tasty were lacking a little in sauce and came with a lot of fat. The grinder burger is a homemade patty, which contains a blend of beef & pork and is topped with Chorizo and Manchengo Cheese. The patty itself was juicy, if a little of the thick size for my liking. The addition of the smokey Chorizo and creamy Manchego really worked and added depth to the flavor. The sesame bun was light but I personally prefer a brioche. Finally the sides, both fries were delicious, particularly the truffle oil infused. Almost the best I've tasted (Only Chinaski's Truffle, Chili & Parmesan fries can better these). Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, as they should be. The truffle oil is added with a touch of finesse, too much and you overpower everything but too little and you can't really taste the flavour. The onion rings were also very good, using red onion gave it a sweeter flavor than you'd expect, this coupled with a very light but aromatic dry rub made for a great combination. Overall I think 'The Meat Bar' is a welcome addition to Glasgow growing burger/barbecue scene but has a little to go to make it one of the best. We must bear in mind that it only opened in May and I'm sure with a few tweaks and some refinement this could be very, very good indeed. Food 6/10 - Show some great promise but needs some refinement . Service 8/10 - Friendly and knowledgeable, if a tad inexperienced. Decor 9/10 - Laid-back but classy, understated chicness. Value 8/10 - Our bill for 2 was under £60. There are cheaper place out there but not many at this quality. Overall 31/40

I had been wanting to try The Meat Bar since I first heard about it a few months ago. I had been a little wary of it not living up to expectations but I was wrong, in fact there was absolutely nothing wrong with this little place!! A great beer list is a perfect place to start. So the bit we are all dying to know..... What I ate!! We skipped starters and went straight to mains. I chose a sandwich, yes just a sandwich! A sandwich that contained Brisket Beef / Swiss Cheese / Grilled Onions / Whole-Grain Mustard / Horseradish / Silky Bone Marrow Gravy and even the sesame bun was grilled. The food was ready very quickly but you should expect that as food like your slow cooked pork or beef has to be cooked and marinated for hours and sometimes days before hand! Now this is where I get a little more than what I ordered, I insist of trying Mr A's food, which was the sliders. Recommended by the helpful waitress she suggested he ordered THREE! Happy days. The classic, The Pulled Pork and The Chicken. Not one bad one even the classic was cooked just right!! All this washed down with a huge bottle of Arran Blonde. So far I'm quite impressed and its about to get better! After polishing off every little bit of food on my plate, a bite of three burgers and a shared side portion of Triple Cooked Chips with cheese we insisted on sharing a desert. Peanut butter shortbread with salted caramel ice cream, I have no words for this you just need to try it!! All in all this was a hit for me great beers, awesome food, very busy for a weeknight, good music. I am a fan!!

I have been surprised at the very average ratings the Meat Bar has been getting and decided it was about time we checked it out for ourselves. Turned up with no booking and the place was mobbed but they still managed to squeeze us in. Really like the set up inside and the cool decor. They were playing funky 60's & 70's american tunes on stereo - very retro in a good way. Bottled beer list is great, loads of options from Scotland and the states. I went with a harviestoun wild-hop IPA and it was very nice. On the food front the triple cooked thick chips with cheese were lovely. Alongside them I went for a set of three sliders. Pulled pork, the spicy chicken and the classic burger. All were good but the latter was my favourite. The food was well presented and the service was quick and attentive. The best bit of the meal had nothing to do with meat though. The dessert we had was a peanut shortbread with salted caramel ice cream! Amazing! This is that sort of course that you know if you go back you will 100% be getting that again. Meat bar serves really good food and nice beers at reasonable prices.. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Overall it definitely deserves 4 stars. The dessert nearly gets it 5, but not quite.

Stopped here for our very first day in Scotland and let me tell you it is a must visit. Staff makes you feel welcome and is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and where their beers come from. The food is a real treat and if my belly wasn't so full I would've had some dessert too! The details: Atmosphere/location: cozy bar and restaurant located on West Regent Street in Glasgow. Great ambiance and warmth. You will walk down a couple of stairs to get to it. Easy to get to and within walking distance from many hotels in the city. You can enjoy the views of beautiful architecture as you make your way here. Staff: upon entering we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. We were given great recommendations on the beer selection and our server was wonderfully attentive and pleasant to converse with. I'm sorry I can't remember her name to give a yelp shoutout but she was so kind and made us feel so welcome. Truly a beautiful soul. Food: my husband ordered the Trashcan burger and let me tell you, when I say this was probably the best burger we've ever tasted, we're not exaggerating. This is a good sized burger that is so juicy and mouthwatering that you will wish the experience would never end. The bun is soft and compliments the juiciness of the burger. It is bursting with flavor. I ordered the steak sandwich and was not disappointed. Tender and hearty portions of steak with some greens on a ciabatta roll that your mouth will thank you for sinking your teeth into which you will also wish would never end. Both entrees come with a side of salad. You will have to order a side separate if you're wanting something else to go with it. We got the fried pickles and your get four lengthwise fried pickles in a tempura style breading with a tangy blue cheese dip. It is so tasty and light. Sometimes fried pickles can be over fried and salty but this was perfect. The chefs know what they are doing. I wish I had gotten the haggis bon bons but will have to try it next time. Beer: we tried the Brewdog Elvis Juice which has juicy grapefruit notes and also the Drygate Ax Man IPA has a nice spice to it. Perfect beers to accompany your meal. Thank you Meat Bar for a wonderful experience.

Meat Bar was an unexpected substitute on a recent burger expedition, and having heard plenty about it on social media before I was intrigued to see what they had on offer. We visited early on a relatively quiet Tuesday evening, but by the time we were leaving the majority of the tables had been filled. The staff were quick and attentive, which is never a bad thing, and their music choice was impeccable. That's a big deal for me! For starters we chose the ham & chorizo croquettes and the haggis bon bons from the specials menu. We both thoroughly enjoyed our choices, as well as having a wee nibble from the other person's plate as per usual... I did think the croquettes could have benefited from a touch more Manchego, but as a cheese lover that's a typical thought of mine.Regardless, the accompanying tomato jam was the perfect level of sweetness and worked brilliantly alongside both the croquettes and the haggis. We both opted for burgers, one classic burger with cheese and one Grinder (paprika beef patty, chorizo & manchego) and fries to accompany. The Swine Fries with pulled pork, chipotle sour cream, red onions, peppers and jalapeños were really delicious, but cost nearly as much as my burger for a relatively small portion. The same could be said for the plain fries which seemed a tad overpriced for a small portion. When the burgers themselves aren't the cheapest, this was a bit of a bugbear for me. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and I would more than likely return to sample some of the other meaty offerings on the menu, but I think I'll give the burgers a miss in the future.

Really nice meal for a lunch. Staff attentive and couldn't be more helpful. Very clean and the decor was fantastic. My only complaint was I was quite cold but the tea which was like lava really helped sort that out. Will definitely be back

So these guys have just opened so I am a little forgiving. Firstly they have done a great job with the decor. Rough yet very classy. Plenty of seating inside and out although I felt the bar stools could do with a foot rest. Good selection of bottled beers but nothing special on draught. Bottle selection seemed reasonably priced for a bar but some of the draught selection was very over priced, They have a unique meat swayed cocktail list however I feel a little overpriced. I am intrigued to try them with their flavoured rums and pieces of meat as garnish. The food was lovely well cooked and well seasoned, however the portion size was a little skimpy for the prices being charged. This isn't really a place to visit as a veterinarian however there was a couple of options. presentation was nice and the food didn't take too long to arrive although their kitchen organisation could do better from watching at the bar. The staff were nice however a little overwhelming. They could also do with learning their menu and learning a bit about the beers they are selling. All in all a nice wee bar in the city that will give many a run for their money. I look forward to trying them again in a month or so's time to give them an opportunity to sort out their shortcomings.

Steak sandwich, truffle fries, Sam Adams beer. Delish!
    Gordon M.

My second visit here, impromptu, but it did not disappoint even on a busy Friday night. Sat at the bar as we hadn't booked a table, I ordered a pint of Sam Adams (not the cheapest but good) and then perused the menu. Last time I had sliders (3 smaller burgers of my choice) but this time a companion suggested the steak sandwich and I'm glad he did! A delicious cut of meat, cooked medium rare and well rested, on a ciabatta with a subtle horseradish mayo arrived and the first bite confirmed it tasted as good as it looked. Only slight downside to the sandwich was, and this is a common mistake I've seen in many other places, the steak slices were too large. It's fine if it's a fillet but this wasn't so I ended up opening it up to slice the meat down into smaller chunks. I also ordered truffle and parsley fries on the side which were ok but could've done with a more generous dowsing of truffle oil as the flavour wasn't really coming through but they were tasty enough. Definitely a place for a meat lover (obviously) the staff are friendly and efficient and I won't hesitate to go back.

    T-bone Treacle cocktail
    Vicky A.

Been here a couple of times now and it is the perfect place to get your meat fix! Currently they have a slightly reduced menu for the Commonwealth games but it is still full of carnivous delights. I was torn between several things but opted for the Splendor burger ( beef patty, braised shin of beef, toasted smoked mushroom caviar, tallegio cheese, roast garlic alioli) with candied bacon as an extra. I think all of us were feeling the love for the candied bacon. I also got the truffle and parsley chips and the mac n cheese to share with a friend. The cocktails also are a talking poiny. I opted for the T-bone Treacle, which was strong and had a meaty garnish and a definite meaty after taste. I definitely couldn't have had more than one as it was quite sickly after a while. The service was good and the servers very friendly and chatty. I especially love their t-shirts that just say 'MEAT' (which you can buy from the bar for £15). There were a couple of drawbacks; one is the size of the place (it's quite small and booking recommended). Another is the price as it's not too expensive but also not that cheap. Altogether for the burger, chips, extra bacon and the cocktail the price was £23. I would say that it would especially handy if the gluten free options were marked on the menu. Overall though I had a really great time with some delicious food.

Waiter spent a great deal of time talking to us just as if we known him for a long time it was great. the level of friendliness and hospitality was very impressive. The menu is very nice and not expensive at all. TRUFFLED BRIOCHE- The dish is amazing even though I did not taste any truffle but there was a entire truffle mushroom itself there, the plate they presented it in was annoying to rest the silverware, was a bowl type of plate and the fork kept falling in lol GOLDEN BREEZE- the drink was suggested by our waiter and it was amazing cudos to him! GNOCCHI- WHAT an unfortunate plate. This was to me not a gnocchi.i love the fact that our waited noticed and made sure to ask me if everything was ok with my choice, that shows that the staff cares about customer service. The gnocchi was blend and tasteless it to me was more of a polenta and not a gnocchi it was cooked pan fried and not like a past should so it was not a great plate definitely not a gnocchi. I would definitely recommend the place, not the gnocchi but the place was pretty nice. come and have a try!

They didn't bring me a spoon with my soup so I had to flag someone down to get one. Not a huge deal but you tend to expect more from a place like this. When I finally got someone she apologized and said I don't know what's happening here, that shouldn't have happened. Really an apology alone would have sufficed without the extra commentary. I had the steak. The steak has a good taste but I ordered hollandaise sauce as my sauce and I wish I would not have poured it on my steak because it wasn't very good. The sauce just really lacked flavor. So, overall it was ok. Not the worst meal I've had but not the best either. I would go back I just wouldn't order the hollandaise sauce.

I chose better. Steak for both of us. She rates hers at about a 6/7 for her fillet, while I rated mine at a 8/9. My carrots and cream potatos were excellent. Service was friendly, but slow as a large table was next to us. They even swapped the soup that my wife did not like at all for the shrimp cocktail.

I'd booked over the phone and when we arrived they couldn't find our booking which was a little awkward. We were seated and given a menu, and then I had to ask the waitress if that was the "voucher" menu which it wasn't, so those menus were taken away and we were given the correct ones. Our offer was for two steaks and you could add on starters and dessert if you liked - it was good to see that The Grill Room wasn't charging different prices between the two menus and all starters were £5 which was very reasonable. I had the crab pate to start and then steak au poivre for main. I really enjoyed both dishes and was pleased that the standard of 29 hadn't slipped. There might be better spots in Glasgow for steak these days but I really couldn't fault this one - it was perfectly cooked and I thought the peppercorn sauce was just lovely. The serving sizes were really generous and I didn't feel like they skimped on anything even though we were on a set menu/deal. Service was warm and friendly throughout the night. I like the little touches of the warm bread delivered to your table when you arrive, and the restaurant was bustling with guests in a good way, giving the place a good vibe.

Pricewise, it is also not as expensive as one might expect for Merchant Square. I went on a Saturday night where I believe I spied some reasonable lunch menus. My principal grumble was my 'medium' sirloin. I had at least two opportunities to bring my worry to the attention of waiting staff, but plundered on more in the interest of seeing what a rare steak (rare-medium tops) was all about. Not for me, seemingly. Couldn't cut through it, it was so moist. A 10% service charge was also added to my bill automatically which I was not expecting. Perhaps as it was a Saturday night? Never actually had this happen before in my life, with a table for 2. Don't think it is appropriate to assume good service in advance (where the service was good and prompt). Good, varied menu with great food, well presented. Good location, with good prices. Was just lacking the something special to make me want to go back. A good shout for a city centre grill. The smoked haddock and Ayrshire bacon fishcake was very nice, but the main of fish and chips was soggy as though the fat hadn't been hot enough. We visited The Grill on the Corner during their manic 50% off January deal (50% off food - too good…read moreto resist!). I've dined her quite a few times so knew what to expect - a good selection of steaks and tasty starters. And after last year's cocktail making masterclass, my first request was a passion fruit sling. The bar girl whipped it up really quickly and clearly with lots of skill, and served up one of the best cocktails I've had in a long time - and it was topped with half a passion fruit. And only £6.50 which I think is a good price for a cocktail in the city centre. We had arrived early for drinks in the bar before our dinner booking and got a booth. I really like the bar area, I think it's generous size and comfy booths would make a good cocktail stop whether or not you were dining there. Right on time, a waitress came to collect us for our table and took our coats so all we had to carry were our drinks which I thought was a nice touch. The dining area in the GOTC is really beautiful - lots of glitz and glamour with the leather seats, chandeliers and the fairy lights in the window. Our table was an oval shaped booth tucked away in a corner as our booking was for 8 people but there was only 6 of us. This was probably my only criticism of the evening - the way the booth was shaped made conversation difficult (and with the background noise) so you could only really talk to the people immediately next to you. If there had of been 8 of us I think it would have been a lot worse! I started with cheddar and spring onion croquettes. Three croquettes with a portion of salad, these were lovely and crisp. I think the filling needs a bit more of a punch to it as the flavours are a bit mild but I think that's how they're meant to be. I'd definitely get them again though as I am croquette-obsessed. Because we were getting 50% off, I decided to go for the fillet steak on the "Best of British menu" - this is a changing menu where they feature a few cuts at a premium price. I can't remember which beef was featured on that menu but it was around £34 for a fillet steak of 220g. I opted for blue cheese sauce and chips with mine. The steak was a little pale on the outside - I like a nice sear on it but not enough to complain about. It was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and I had no trouble devouring the whole thing! The sauce was lovely and rich and a really good sized jug so I didn't run out. The chips are consistently good - rough cut with the skin still on and lovely and crispy. I had a lemon sorbet to finish. I remember last time I ordered this it had a slightly strange taste but there wasn't anything of the sort this time. The bill came to around £35 each - that was for a cocktail, 3 course meal and soft drinks. Seriously good value and a fantastic night out. Moving into February they're doing a lobster deal so I think I'll be tempted back sooner rather than later!
