I've interacted with the entire staff who have always been nothing but super friendly and helpful. The trainers, whom are extremely knowledgeable, all seem to be very serious about each of their client's health and fitness, and genuinely want to see you not only succeed, but surpass your goals! I've been extremely happy with my personal training and fit meals as well. CONs (This is where it lacks in comparison to Golds Gym that I'm accustom to) - The equipment is so/so...some are good and some pointless, the dumbbell selection in the 15-30lb range is terrible...good luck getting these weights without waiting forever, the same can be said for preloaded bars...there's like no selection...and the same can be said for 25lb plates as it seems like people are always looking for them, the crowd/vibe is alright at best and it tends to be a lot of younger kids, which isn't bad but it's just not the vibe I'm used too...oh and others that don't know decent gym etiquette...and there isn't much space to do stuff in the free weight area as people are basically on top of each other. You can get a decent work out in, but maybe the smaller chain gyms are better in this area.

If I want to take a shower I have to pack my own towel and clothes like I'm going on a trip and that's a hassle. I guess because providing towels means more responsibility for the employees and being responsible for laundry and I guess people will steal towels so ok I get it. Second of all people take weights and medicine balls to another spot and never return them to where they belong. On some occasions I have found weights left in the locker room. That is definitely a violation of gym rules. So sometimes I have to go fishing for whatever equipment I want to use for my workouts. I know I can simply inform the staff or management but I shouldn't have to. In conclusion if you don't like fishing for the weights and medicine balls etc. I don't recommend this gym.

Then I began getting texts from another person who asked about my availability to talk about Fit Crew. I said I was currently available. I was told I'd get a call in a few minutes, then I got a text two hours later that promised a call. I didn't receive a call at all that day. In spite of all of this, I STILL decided to give them a shot. My best friend and I showed up for 9 AM class. The trainer that was there asks if we were looking for the "Black guy" -- after we've said we were there for boot camp. Then, he explains that the Black guy does the boot camp and he didn't think it was happening due to the holiday. This experience was both unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If there are several teams (with at least 8 players on each team) playing and each basketball player comes in a car, with both parents, how is it expected for anyone else to even get a parking space in this parking lot.
