It's unsettling for the kids, and it makes you wonder what's really going on behind doors.. my experience as an former employee I got told I was disgusting and unprofessional for crying about a decision they made without my opinion. The director will say "our staff comes first" but will treat you with the most disgusting and disrespectful attitude. They will move kids to you that show "signs of normal behavior" but they are not.... Only certain staff members get treated good while others get a slap in the face. I've also never seen an owner work harder than Priya. She is the first person I see in the morning and she is the last person I see to leave. Due to unexpected circumstances, my family had to move in the middle of the pandemic. And when I made the very tough (and scary) decision to put my 6 month old baby into daycare after months and months of working two jobs being a stay at home mom and working from home -the Goddard school exceeded every expectation. They were one of the only places that would accept her part time and when she turned a year we upgraded her to full-time. My daughter goes to school every single day and cannot wait to get there. And everyone at the school is happy to see her. If you live in this area, pick this school. Plain and simple

We did deal with several incidents with behavioral issues... there were sometimes more then days in a row that I went home with a report from someone biting my daughter. Things happen, but it was quite frequently. There were very few teachers and several kids so it's understandable that they couldn't be there in each and every situation that occurred. There are cameras to check up on your kids throughout the day so that's a plus. The front desk and office admins are professional and definitely care for the kids well being.

What is the most important factor for me though is knowing that when I drop her off every morning, I never have to worry about subpar teaching or care.
