Our son is almost three and he's attending this daycare since he was 10 months old. There's been…read morestaff changes and leadership in that time, but throughout we've had open and clear communication with management and the teachers. Ms. Skyler is a sweet teacher for the younger kids, Ms. Jess has been a wonderful teachers when our baby was in the twos room, Ms. Kita and Ms. Naya are great at creating routines and structure in the older room. Ms. Salomie and Ms. Wanda are the sweetest and most welcoming teachers. Megan has been a shining beacon in gaining insight on what management is working on and bridging any gaps between parents and staff. The teachers are all very sweet, positive attitudes and try their best to keep children engaged and progressing. They do activities, teach children to use the potty, teach cleaning up after meals, washing hands, taking turns in play, singing and dancing. Our son, like most children I imagine, goes through tough days and good days but I think everyone there truly wants the kids to thrive and so we work as a team to communicate and keep it positive. No system is perfect but communication and live camera access are wonderful things that ensure the children are priority. We even met parents that are now friends of ours and we meet outside of school to have the kids all play. My only critique on the structure is I wish the teachers had more support on cleaning. They do a great job but I think corporate should allocate funds for raises for all staff and for a floater to come in to help tidy so we get more fun time for the kids.

**Disclaimer my child is 2** My child lost his tooth on HIS…read moreFIRST DAY. I decided to not let him go back until the next week. I have never had any issues with this ever before at his previous daycare. Well, his second day back he ended up getting a cut and a black eye basically from "falling" again. I decided to take that day off to watch the cameras to see if they were doing their jobs. I sat and sat and watched the camera. The teacher was grabbing the children(s) arms above the wrist as well as the upper arm and pulling them to sit down. I watch many times the teacher(s) not paying attention and I watched a younger child laying on the floor and then another little girl stomping as hard as she could on his hands, back, and stomach. If that were my son I would have drove down in a heartbeat. I was so excited to enroll him in this daycare however THIS location IS NOT IT. Those two days he was there my child came back home starving literally crying because he was so hungry and thirsty and every time I even drove in the parking lot he would start screaming and crying and saying no no no... I have never ever had any issues like this before. On top of that him being in there 2 days I still paid his daycare fee for the two weeks which is above 300 dollars and they did not offer any composition after stating to me that they would work with me while I got my ELC transferred. Not saying that I need it, but it would have been nice of them to accommodate due to everything that happened. Please mommy's be cautious.

Do not recommend it! I am a single mother and I paid this school $1180/month on time never late and…read morenever had a returned check. I was willing to spend a lot because I thought this was a good school. This is not a good school. Children are always putting toys in their mouths behind each other even if one of them was sick and didn't clean them off. Put their mouth all over the windows and hardly ever cleaned. Sharing cups. When my son had a runny nose they never cleaned it unless they are going to take pictures or when they see me or my parents coming to pick them up. I spoke to the teachers multiple times about this and the director. One day my son was sitting at the table eating and when I picked him up he had dried up snot all over his face and hair, and dirt around his mouth and hands while eating. (Have pictures) Another time he was sitting at the table crying with one shoe off and snot running down in his mouth while everyone else was eating and the teachers not doing anything. When they saw me one teacher grabbed his shoe and ran over with a tissue. I asked him why is he crying and why was he walking funny. When we got home and I changed his diaper and he developed a rash that turned into a sore to where he couldn't walk, sit, or take a bath because it was burning him. It was on his inner right leg, bottom, and genitals. (Have pictures) He was completely fine when I dropped him off. No rash and no redness. The director admitted that it was not the first time it happened and she is also was blaming it on it being an understaffed issue. She hired more people. I instantly started looking for new schools. His last week he was in school for only 3 days. That week I gave them a pack of 30 pampers. I received 5 pampers back. I looked at the changing chart and it didn't add up. I started to look at how many times I bought pampers within the time he started and they have definitely been using my diapers for other children. I separated home and daycare diapers. I called about it 3 days ago and still haven't heard back. I called again and no one will pick up. He is a lot happier in another school.

My children started here in February. We don't have any complaints so far. The teachers really…read moreengage with the children and get on their level. They have an app where you can watch them in the classroom if you want. There is another app that provides a breakdown of all the things going on in the classroom that day. All the teachers have been very friendly so far and even teachers that aren't regulars in the classroom with my kids know their names and great them when they see them. They plan lots of activities and different events for the kids. They have a soccer camp and dance school that comes in as an extra option. So far, so good.
