My child would be transitioned very quickly after turning a new age and it was just really abrupt and I don't feel like the transition had the interest of the child at heart. It was more to get new children - into the facility to earn more money; And I do understand that it is a business, but I do feel like depending on the child, there should be some more compassion given. There were too many times that my child was getting hurt in the older classes, and I was finding out about it late or not finding out about it at all. If I Would find out it was through my child and then the teachers would confirm. No Incident reports were written nor did directors know (but I feel like that was more because it was pushed under the rug by leadership) I should've been called each and every time regardless of the severity. I feel like there was also lots of gaslighting going on. Saying that kids were getting expelled from the facility for their repeated incidents of bad behavior and hitting, and that was not the case (all in all it was to keep business and money flowing into the facility). Won't be back this year for VPK. I still believe that the younger teachers 2a and below are great and children will be taken well care of. Just can't say the same about the older classes. 3's class was not too bad. Destine and Chesney were such great teachers!

The curriculum is both challenging and exciting and a year ahead of other schools. The teachers are engaging and nurturing. Over the years, I've been pleasantly surprised to see my children motivated and excited about their assignments. Learning is an adventure for them. At Sweetwater Episcopal Academy, each Wednesday morning, all the students of the school meet at the chapel for service and to discuss the events of the week. During the service, Sweetwater Episcopal Academy acknowledges students for their contributions to the community and kindness to their fellow classmates. Those Students come to the front of the chapel and the story of their kind actions is announced by the head of school, as fellow students cheer them on. It is very inspiring. Parents are welcome to participate in all chapel services. Sweetwater Episcopal Academy invites prospective parents to chapel service in a program called "Welcome Wednesdays."
