Today I went at 4pm as the website states the indoor pool is open from 4pm-7:30pm and was told it's closed because their budget didn't allow to be open except in the morning for exerise. I wanted to cancel my membership and they told me they were charging me and my membership would end in October, even though I can't use the pool. I get Silver Sneakers but pay for the pool access which now I don't even have access to that. I left my membership back in 2019 due to the filthy conditions of the entire place. While they've remodeled they haven't changed as to servicing the public and still false advertise what they have. I'm truly disappointed in this and doubt I ever go back. Doesn't seem that management cares either.

We did deal with several incidents with behavioral issues... there were sometimes more then days in a row that I went home with a report from someone biting my daughter. Things happen, but it was quite frequently. There were very few teachers and several kids so it's understandable that they couldn't be there in each and every situation that occurred. There are cameras to check up on your kids throughout the day so that's a plus. The front desk and office admins are professional and definitely care for the kids well being.

First- let me say that the director and the staff has always been very nice and receptive to our…read moreneeds. The turnover is incredibly high but that is to be expected with such low pay. My issue is not with the staff but with "the owners" (as everyone calls them). "The owners" allowed the school to place a placard at the check in podium, advertising part time rates. This prompted me to ask if I could enroll my son part time as I was changing jobs. This was warmly received and there were no issues. After I found out I was expecting, I asked about part time rates for my baby. They didn't offer infant care at the time so I found alternate childcare while my daughter was an infant. Because I liked the facility and they offered part-time rates I was excited to get to enroll my daughter the one-year-old room. We were informed that if a spot was open come time for my daughter to be enrolled, she would be permitted to attend part time because my son was already enrolled although they discontinued part time rates. My daughter began attending this school on October 3. On February 20 we were notified that we had until the end of the week to either enroll our children full-time or to find alternate childcare as they had families interested in enrolling their children full-time and needed my children's spot. The owners agreed to give us an additional week to find alternate childcare but I do not feel as if this was an appropriate way to handle a family who had been Enrolled for over two years and never had a late payment. This school views your child as a paycheck. The worst part about this all was that this was done eight days before my son's fourth birthday and six months before he would have began pre-k. These are the only other children my children have ever known. You cannot imagine what it was like to explain to my son that he was not permitted to continue to go to the only school and play with the only friends he has ever known.
