Until I text her that I guess the only way I would get any answers was to show up at the real estate office, which she finally responded with this quote- "I don't have to talk to you" Now there had been no acrimony or terse communication thus far so I am Bewildered at her response. I had to spend a considerable amount of time and money to get the house in shape. Seller did very little to remedy the situation. I would never trust making a deal with anyone they represent. In my experience, this realtor(s) failed to make sure his client came through with his obligations: delivering a home free of trash and in the condition it was advertised. My realtor requested a refund for the money I had to pay to clear out all of the trash left behind. I was never reimbursed. In case you are wondering, I pointed these things out during the final walk through, and I was told they would be taken care of.
